i think youre right. Though parker got his start from his grand dad, he still had to learn most of the stuff him self, and develop the discipline himself. tony's kids are learning alot from their dad, but they dont have the same kind of stuff that parker is made out of.

The reason why I think parker will surpass Tony and be way larger than him is because parker is willing to learn new ways of mining. Parker doesn't have A mentality of I'm the best I don't need nobody to tell me how to do my job like Tony does. Parker seems to always be thinking on what he can do to make the next minning season even more of a success. Tony is an old timer stuck in his ways unwilling to even let his kids take the ropes.

There might be jealousy with Parker being that he’s younger and more experienced than when Tony first started but they shouldn’t be enemies, and not sure why the wife acts the way she does for doing accounting and office work.

I expect Tony and Parker to have issues. Their two businessmen in the same business, when ground is hard to find. We don't know all the drama between them. They both have deeper issues that seem to strain them to getting along.

Sometimes he doesn't want you to move ahead on your own and he's going to cause you grief just remember you pull his water license that you allowed him to share
"let him come your conclusion by himself", so many times have to do samething with older "I know everything" people, when they are really wrong or there is just better way to do things. If you tell straight what to do, they don't do it but if you give little peaces and clues so that they can find themselves the answer you were looking for.

Actually what happened is a long time crew member of the beets retired, and on his last night in the Yukon. Asked Tony if he could fo a viking funeral. Which is light gasoline on water on the clean riverway.. This violated the Yukon water and environmental act. Was taken to court and lost their license as punishment for not better managing the situation by not allowing it. It was BS virtue signaling by the woke Trudeau libs. But alas here we are.

From years of watching this show, I think you would be best to work for The Beets family but not with them. Give it to them that family is tight work well and always look out for the family.
