My lawyer has a record of just taking the insurances offers and it appears that she doesn’t like to really work. She called my doctor that did my L4-5 fusion and told him that I wanted to close my case so for him to MMI me without talking or asking me first. She hasn’t even ask me how I am doing or if I’m even ready. As I had multiple injuries and have not been MMI. Hardware in my left elbow, 5 fractured ribs that still cause pain and discomfort, torn rotator cuff that surgery was recommended, internal bleeding in my head that caused loose of smell & taste with neck pain and clicking on my knee after my L4-5 fusion.
