- Join me for a 20 minute Express Pilates for Flexibility routine created to help you stretch overworked, tight muscles, improve your joint mobility and range of motion. As with all my workouts this routine will work your core wonderfully too. A perfect quick session to do whenever you feel the need to stretch and release tight or over worked muscles and improve your joint mobility. If you're looking to improve your flexibility significantly this is one to do 3 times a week, within 6 weeks you will really feel the benefits of this regular practice.

I really love the mixture of standing and floor work. I still have trouble with the sitting from the squat but its getting there. The first time I did this I could not get my self to sitting from lying down but now I can! Yea me! Thank you Rachel!

Like the pace better than too slow but will be better the next time. Have been swimming more this summer but realizing one hip not quite as flexible as it was when I did more of your routines in the winter. So need to figure out when to do these more often. Thank you for great routines.

That was a delightful stretch and flexibility session- had to stop and readjust my mat closer to wall to hang on at the beginning standing lunge bit (balance issues), but once I was safely on the mat, it felt wonderful! Thanks for another terrific express session, and really enjoying these 20-minute playlists, I’ve been getting in a session a day since your March playlist (only missed a couple when under the weather), but daily sessions keep me fit, stretched, strong and steady on my feet! You’re a lifesaver for sharing this healthy low impact exercise with us, but now it’s important in this deadly heat 🥵to have safe exercise that can be done indoors!😊❤

good morning, Rachel. You are definitely my favourite pilates classes. if you read this, can you advise any really good exercises. Following broken neck and neck brace my neck muscles are really tight. Physio has given me some but more would be good.
Good morning Susan, I have a couple of suggestions for you here you can try. It’s often very helpful to work below the neck as well as the neck itself so I would suggest you do that too. Hi Rachel! Thank you for your classes. Is this safe for a 50 plus senior with slight pain in lower back and knees with certain exercises? I do your standing Pilates for osteoporosis. Now I want to move up next level. This class looks great.

If you would please be more specific telling us which hand or leg (right or left) to use it would be very helpful. Saying "this hand or this leg" means we have to stop the exercise and look at what your doing vs doing the exercise along with you. Thank you.
Why does this say 20 minutes when they are actually 40?
Hi Martha, the workout part is 20 mins as it says on the thumbnail. The reason you can see 40 minutes is becasue I do a free Q & A every week for my Subscribers where they can ask me questions to help them with their practice. This is a livestream session rather than a pre recorded video so the exstra time was the time I spent chatting Live to subscribers. Hope I get to chat to you one day. Best wishes, Rachel 🤗
