I am not sure whether you want other lights discussed here in your comments - if not I apologize. Also most may already know this, however if not I am thinking this one is on the edge of a decent deal. Right now for me at least the Pioocan S10Pro is 17.99 on Amazon with a 25% coupon. This is a 18650 light and at about 4 1/2 inches tall, not quite to my favorite 4 inches for a 18650 but still a decent size for the pocket. Anytime I see a 18650 flashlight for less than twenty dollars I pay attention.
I was going to bite my tongue because I know I can be a dick sometimes but you aesked. If you are paying for these lights yourself I think you should skip the drop test or at least the ones above the waist. It pained me a bit in the other video where you lost one of the lights. Color me frugal or thrifty. Okay cheap even. I wonder how repeatable the test is. Edit: I went back and have to correct myself - you lost two of them, the Saber and the Ti pro. No offense however I am not convinced the test is especially valid. I wonder if you had 10 Sabers or 10 Ti pros would they all have failed or would some or maybe even all of the other 9 have been fine. Similarly the S21 lived but would 10 different S21s also have lived? If the company gave you the light, then disregard and drop away. If you pay for the light I say don't potentially destroy one or two of your lights for us.
I can definitely appreciate what you're saying as it's definitely tough to drop perfectly good lights haha. I decided to do it in my videos because I personally take a lot of stock in the reliability and ruggedness of my gear and I want o really see what these lights are capable of. I definitely agree that these are a sample size of 1 and with other lights they could have survived but at least if you see that a light can survive the testing you know the potential capability, at least that's how I see it. I would personally still buy both the saber and the ti as I think they are great lights. Thanks for the comment man, I appreciate any and all feedback!
