God😭 I can't stop edit them like ksjajjajahha😭❤ The conversation between Zeke and Eren always breaks my heart. The fact that Eren would rather believe that Mikasa's feelings for him are forced or something like that than her just loving him for him breaks my fucking heart.
Also for me this Scene made Eremika Canon for me. 🤧♡

So I'm try to explain it: (you don't have to agree with me, I'm just trying to explain what I meant)
What I meant by saying "He rather believes that Mikasa's feelings for him are forced than her loving him for him" (This was Eren's thinking BEFORE the conversation with Zeke) Eren was the one who made up this whole thing about Mikasa's headaches. It shows Eren's self hate and that he tried to find reasons why Mikasa likes him because he couldn't understand how someone like Mikasa could love him for him. I'm not saying he didn't knew avout her feelings, he just couldn't understand them. Zeke told him that there is no such thing. He explained him that there is no reason behind it, "She just likes you so much". What I'm trying to say is that Eren hates himself so much that he thought that it would have been more logical for her to love him because of her blood or that she's forced than just loving him for him (again: BEFORE the conversation with Zeke) because he sees himself as a monster. This is part one, part two is that Eren isn't allowing himself to act on his feelings towards Mikasa because like he said, he has only four years left to live. He can't keep his promise of "forever" (Chapter 50) to Mikasa, so he prefers to bury his feelings for her becausehe can't give her "forever". He pushes her away with that lie (table scene) and wants her to throw the scarf away because he wants her to be happy and live a long life.
This is what makes their story so tragic and sad.

I always believed this. I always wondered why I obsess over tragedies and it's exactly what you said. Reality isn't a bed of roses....it's filled with tragedy. But this anime will surely kill me next year. I won't be able to recover.. I'm hoping for a happy ending for these two somehow...just this once 💔

I wonder how this couple evokes such extreme feelings. Some people love it, others hate it. In my opinion, this is one of the best-written couples ever. The best couple in the cruelest world.

Not completely. He just wishes it was. It would be easier that way. For both of them because "Stupid question brother. I have no more than 4 years to live". Eren want for a long and happy life for her loved ones, but he knows that one of these people cannot be happy when he dies. That's why he lied to her about that power. He wanted her to believe her feeling wasn't real. He asked Luisa to take Mikasa's scarf. He wanted her to forget. He wanted her to be happy.
Well I think it also has a lot to do with Eren's self hate. Him making up this thing about the Ackermans just shows how he tries to find reasons why Mikasa likes him because he can't understand how someone like Mikasa could love him for him. Nah bro, Eren did know absolutely that Mikasa loves him so much and there's no such thing like Ackerman's headache or smth like that. He just knew that their romance story can't be true because he will die soon but Mikasa doesn't. So that he chose to demonizing himself & do such suicidal plan to save Mikasa and his people so that Mikasa can live a happy life. So that, the reason why Eren told Mikasa that he hated her wasn't because he believe Ackerman's headache (which I said that he doesn't believe it), but because he didn't want Mikasa help him in his suicial mission and being killed with him, he wanted Mikasa to stay alive even after he died in his final mission. That's it.
Well I think it also has a lot to do with Eren's self hate. Eren was the one who made up this thing about the Ackermans in the first place. I never said he didn't knew about her love for him. I said he didn't understand WHY she would love him. Him searching for reasons shows his self hate because he can't understand how Mikasa could love him for him and not because of a reason. Like Zeke said: "She just loves you so much" What you said is the other part. But didn't talk about it.
@@andradaamv6419 Eren doesn't ever hate Mikasa actually, his saying about hatiny Mikasa 100% just acting and just his trick to make Mikasa doesn't involve and help him in his suicidal final mission (that he has to do to save Mikasa, and his poeple). Eren never thought about WHY Mikasa love him or something like that, it doesn't even matter for him (cause he knew his life is going to end soon). Even if Mikasa confessed and tell about reason why she loves him, Eren will still say that he hates Mikasa for saving her & will still do rumbling because if he doesn't do it Mikasa & his poeple will be vanished.

(still mad they cut this out in the Anime) so ofc Eren wanted to know why her feelings are like that. Zeke explains it to him😅 And let's not forget the "What Am I to you" scene and I know he lied about him hating Mikasa, I know that. What you explain is an other part but I wasn't talking about that. Him not acting on his feelings because he dies soon and wants her to be happy is the other part but I didn't talk about that.
