Hi Becky from Ireland. Just came across your channel the other day and I'm binge watching your videos!! I'd love the recipe for the gluten free bars that were in the Sainsburys magazine please. I'm gluten intolerant for years now but really wasn't following it,suffered the consequences but I had been getting very sick lately so as of about 5 days ago I've ingested NO gluten and wow what an improvement so I'm not touching it now,this is how I came across your channel ! I'm going to be tested for ceoliac, fingers crossed I'm not! I'm going to look and see can I get your books here. Was only in Tesco last night but didn't look for the book but will go next week - it's an hours drive! Hoping I can get all your books and here's to a gluten free life that looks way more bearable from watching your videos 😁

@@BeckyExcell I 100% will :) I’m not gluten free myself but I try to limit my intake of gluten and I have some gluten free friends so everytime I bring something I always try to fit make it so everyone can eat it

I wish I were to one to find that autographed book :) Great haul, I was pleased to see so much choice in Tesco UK, I feel we have less choice in Tescos in Ireland - frozen Free From foods definitely disappeared for a couple of years now. I was interested to see that Elmlea double cream and immediately checked the website - not avail here..
I'd love to sign some more books for everyone this year :) id love to visit Ireland to be honest :D such a shame you don't have the same choice in Tesco Ireland - it seems so wrong seeing as its the same shop really. The plant double cream is really good as well! xx
Hi Becky! Great video. I made a lovely meal plan in your new book for this week but since then I've gone down with covid and can't face cooking 😫 But on a positive I made the Teriyaki chicken fakeaway last week which my children (who don't like Chinese takeaway) both loved 👍

Ooohhhh I'm lactose & gluten-free so this egg has made me as happy as Mark ♡ I also haven't had cheesecake in years!! Can't wait to try the recipe ♡ your shopping looks very similar to mine :) I also found that oyster mushrooms are better for my tummy than closed cup . . . . Thought it was just me haha!! (I asked the dietitian and she seemed confused 😕) Would love to see the poke bowl 😋 this is something I'd like to make but never really know where to start 🤔😀 xx
