After so long I can’t believe GB still cries when you leave even if he’s with his fur brothers. It pains me to see it. He’s such a baby, must be protected at all times.
It’s good that GB has Tan for company. He clearly settles after a while. I think it’s a good idea to go out more frequently so that GB learns that you will always come back.

The best method for separation anxiety is for them to understand you always will come back and the only way to do that is to go out more frequently, a regular scheduled activity. You going out once in a very long while, breaks their regular schedule so they think something bad has happened.
Tan is an expert at being able to self-sooth and distract himself when uncomfortable or bored. And he was clearly trying to help his big brother GB to do the same 🥺🤗🥰❤

its so unbelievably sweet how much gb loves you guys. i feel like his separation anxiety has less to do with training and more how he views the ranks of everyone in his home. milky and tan rank below him, and thus he is not reliant on their presence(which is why he doesnt really play with tan when youre gone). on the other hand, i think gb views the rank of the butlers as equal to or even higher than himself. he finds comfort and security in your presence, which is why he feels so anxious when you arent around. food for thought!

yes! my oldest dog (turning 11 years) seems to have either slight separation anxiety or simply doesn't like certain places while my other 2 dogs (both under 1 year) don't really care but prefer certain people. As my oldest was left with my grandma for 5-7 years (our maid left and my brother and I were too young to take care of her at the time) I'm assuming she both really hates that place (grandma kept her in a cage like all the other dogs there) and really just wants to be with me (who decided to take her home december 2019). the other 2 dogs don't mind being at my grandma's house but still prefer me and/or my brother

The way Tan’s existence heal and comfort GB, I really love it. Cats get anxious quite quickly so, having a company like that of Tan’s matters a lot for GB. I am happy to see them all so unitedly 🥺💜.
Speaking of anxiety: mine sky-rocketed when I saw the TV screen shaking when Tan touched it. :D I really hope the screen is secured very well in case the cats decide to really go for the laser spot.

I imagine their TV is attached to the furniture by screws. In Luna's house, the Siberian black panther, the TV is screwed to the floor, it thinks of a cat 6x bigger than our beloved BG. @@marlisevieira5791 Some of them come with a strap now that you can attach to the wall. It's not pulled tight so the TV can wobble a bit but it can't fall forward and break. That's what came with my latest TV and I attached it to a the strap as I have two cats that run around it. I bought a tall glass door bookcase that came with one too. At least they're being a big safer than they used to. Old TVs never had a chance of falling like today's ones.

Me too, but between the music and the brotherhood I full on cried. Great way to start my day . I mean that in a good way. Having someone recognize when you are hurting and for them to give of themselves to try to help is beautiful. We as humans could learn something from that goofy but wise Tan.
It's actually surpising that Tan didn't develop any separation anxiety even if he technically grew up with the bros ever since he's still a baby. GB was a little older when the bros got him.
@@yuckfou514 What we don't know really sure is when before GB haven't adopted by the 2 brothers/butlers that make this anxiety in GB still there even though he grow older. As far as I remember GB is the last one being adopted compare to his other siblings in his previous butlers house. He being left alone because no one would want to adopt him because his skin disease but thank God that small & big bro decides to adopt him even if he has to be taken extra care a lot. I don't know if that one of the reason that effected his anxiety till this day

thank you for bringing separation anxiety in pets to light. i never had a pet but ive always thought pets will just be fine if left alone at home. this is definitely something I'll take into consideration when i get a cat. i hope gb and milky eventually overcome their anxiety too🥺🥺🥺

I feel like separation anxiety in cats is rarely talked about, bc it's always said that cats are independent, aloof, etc. If a cat has separation anxiety, it helps if they have another pet around who keeps them company, like Tan with GB. You can always try to prevent SA by training them from the start to be okay by themselves for short amounts of time. This way they will learn to trust that you'll always come back.
Sometimes cats are put up for adoption together if they were from the same house. If you can afford two cats I would recommend doing that

Some people have their cameras on and talk through them to their pets. I'm sure u may have this app on your phone.
Maybe GB hearing your voices maybe helpful too. Perhaps leaving a video on one-day with you guys in it maybe helpful.
And just let it play. They also have apps with relaxing music for cats as well. Wind chimes in homes are soothing for some cats.

Training won't take long, but you must start by leaving for only minutes at a time, and then gradually, very gradually increase the length of time away. They are simply learning you will return. Leave without any pets or fanfare as well. That can begin their anxiety.
Honestly I think it is because G.B loves you so much, I never seen a cat love his owner this much , yes cats do love their owners but it looks G.B would do anything for you including enjoying when you give him baths . Your so lucky to have cat like him

It's so funny that when your at home, GB chooses to be alone/off to himself sometimes, but when you leave he suffers from separation anxiety. Thankfully, Tan tries to soothe him.

Очень жаль, что я раньше этого не знала. Наш кот очень похож на Боки только чёрненький с белой грудкой и носочками. Подруга приходила кормить котика, когда мы оставили на два дня. Позвонила и рассказала, что он настолько скучает, даже перестал себя вылизывать и отказывался от еды.

I think GB would enjoy more of aquarium video or bird video because he is very exited about birds and flys outside the window. You really should have a towel by the door where Milky can stand and wait while you pet GB after coming home, those few seconds are not enough imo and GB can feel a little left out.

i love GB's meows.........especially when he is left alone...i know he feels sad being left alone but his meows actually touch the heart and really makes you feel what he is really feeling.....even when he is hungry.....it's so easy to know what GB is saying.......depending on what time it is (like meal time) or when he is left alone........i think Tan actually seems like the older brother to GB in this case......GB might really look like a lion in his long fur, but he really is like a very sweet giant with a very gentle side.......and Tan is really very sweet as well.....he is always there for his big bro! and Milky? HE IS A POLAR BEAR in a doggie's fur......(if you know what i mean.....and also there is an old English saying "Wolf in a Sheep's skin" ) and i say this because he really loves ICE so much that he even Slept on the ice bed that you made in the previous video......he is just so comfortable with everything........i just love the three animal brothers so much......❤
