@Kae Kee That's all well and good, but when you are trying on a garment, get the hair out of the way so that you can easily see all aspects of the design, and there are all kinds of "boho"-ish things that can be don with an "up-do"

For a wedding dress it could be something long and flowy, maybe layered or tiered, with beading. What she chose looks like something you would wear on the wedding night.

Thats what we do . Once i had went to buy extra fabric for my dress and end up buying 5 dresses and 2 silk saree ( they are indian dresses ) .my father was like 🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️
It was sexy yet conservative. The larger lace pieces over the mesh make her appear more covered versus if it had been pure mesh and I agree with her it looks much more elegant that way. I personally wouldn't wear a plunge that low, but I LOVED the lace flower details. It's such a simple solution when worried about exposure and it's a good compromise if you don't want to flash your family and friends but still feel alluring.

Also, it was more "sexy" than she originally thought she wanted. She was really sold on the bohemian look until she saw it on herself. She Didn't imagine wearing a dress with that kind of plunge initially (although she did seem to like slits for the exposed leg.)

This was just a meh dress. It looked okay on her. But then she has a good figure so most dresses are going to look good on her. I think they could have done much better.

Each store has a "star designer" SYTTD New York it's Pnina Tornei, SYTTD Atlanta it's Lazaro and in the UK version is Dando London.
I said the exact same thing about only having Dando London or Pnina Tornai hahaha

I was honestly expecting more choices with such a high budget, it seems odd that when they have a high budget the less expensive dresses are shown but when the bride has a low budget, all they show them are expensive dresses 🤔

I have a feeling that her twin is the bohemian dress type of a person and the bride wanted to channel that, but it didn't fit.
Also: bohemian dresses come in all shapes and shades. That first dress looked awful at the waist on her, but that doesn't mean all bohemian dresses would. Doesn't the saloon cater for brides with more alternative tastes? If the answer is a no, she should have gone elsewhere. The Lancaster location for the show has so many gorgeous dresses that broke the mould. 😊

After the first dress was a disappointment she said boho wasn’t for her. There are so many more dresses that would fit that category!
Good for Rachel she found her gown and eventually her twin came around especially after the veil was added.
Ehh...I wasn’t feelin’ that second dress. I think the first dress would have looked better had the top been fitted better and not drooping down. I’m glad the bride liked her choice though and felt it was “the one” as that’s the most important thing. I just don’t think it was all that flattering on her.
I thought the same thing. There was probably more than ONE boho she could have tried on besides the "blouson" style. Why give up on boho because the first was wasn't the one?
