Thanks for posting this. I just got lens with stiff focus (barely moves). Question, how difficult is do disassemble when focus is so stiff? Should I heat the lens or add solvent?
I don't see you've marked less on dissasembly. You've added too much grease I think. Which one you recommend. Thank your for showing this. If any tips please reply.

I use a toothbrush and alcohol to clean old grease
