Everyone is saying it's too much smoking, but I think that's the point. She is the cigarettes. You never see her face. When he throws the ring, nobody catches it. I feel like she either symbolized his relationship with smokes, or the cigarettes symbolized a relationship that he is addicted to but is bad for him. The MV is constantly switching between shots of them together and shots of him alone with a cigarette. So, basically, she is the cigarettes.

jjy and the girl is a couple. in this mv, they look like a bad/naughty person. both are smoking, the girl makes tattoo for jjy, the girl knew jjy have a gun but didnt make a fuss about it.
the girl is someone who rides a motorcycle which is so COOL! she smokes too. she loves jjy so much that she record everything that jjy does: waking up, smoking.
since they are that kind of bad and naughty couple, at their wedding, instead of having priest and changing rings like what others do, jjy just throw his ring at the girl. there was no guests at their wedding too. this could means that they only have each other. they knew each other for such a long time that they dont care is there is no one at their wedding, no priest, nor no changing rings. all they want is each other.
Overall, I love this video eventhough people kept complaining that jjy smoked too much in this video. for me, this video real shows who is Jung Joon Young. Becoming a human from animal isn't great. It's barely even being human. It's not impressive, it's pathetic. The person we loved never existed. He was a lie, a fabrication.
