I just bought a dozen frozen abalone!!! I'm so excited. Watching all these videos has inspired me! I have two of them defrosting in my fridge right now. I got them from a seafood wholesaler in South Melbourne, Australia. They are farmed, very small compared to the wild caught ones I'm used to, but I haven't had wild caught abalone since I was a kid! I'm so excited.

I just want to tell you that when you say "very good" in burmese you have to say "A yang kaung dae (sounds like 'de')". I don't know who taught you the imperfect way to say it because you've been omitting the "dae(de)" at the end. The amount of time, planning, travelling, shooting is a lot for them to upload videos almost the same time as it was recorded. It will pile up hence making most of these videos pre-recorded already months before it's been shot.
Alcohol from palm juice is also an old traditional drink in India. It's pure with no preservatives. If it's drunk fresh in the early morning it's just juice. If u drink it later during the day it ferments and becomes basic alcohol. Not too much strong. Tasty though.
