Ever since the pandemic has started I’ve been working and mostly staying home until I need to get food but watching these videos I’ve been going out a lot to the markets that we have over here and started to make meals almost like that he eats. Love watching these videos always makes me get hungry for “exotic” foods and keep up the amazing work over in Vietnam can’t wait for the next meal!

If from Scotland, we marinate everything in a flour sauce, similar to a french rue, we call batter. Then we cook it in a method not to distant to the stir fry. Although we use a lot more oil and don’t stir... but we do use a deep open faced cooking vessel, you could probably get by using a wok! Simply, increase the volume of oil from a few table spoons to a litre
