In the original books by Aaron Blabey, Kitty Kat, Doom, and Pigtail (Named Hogwild in the books) were actually members of The International League of Heroes alongside Agent Fox, AKA the book version of Diane Foxington. With that information, I’m calling it now, the Bad Girls are gonna be revealed to be former partners of The Crimson Paw.
I knew they’d be in a sequel to the movie! But when I discovered they’d be bad, I assumed they’d join the Bad Guys and Diane to create their version of TILH in the cinematic universe. Still, good theory thinking that’d be the plot twist.
The lack of Diane here (just one shot of her fighting the Bad Girls) has me extremely intrigued. Having read the books, I’m fully aware there’s going to be a deeper relationship going on between Kitty and Diane in particular that I’m very curious to see how the movie continuity tackles. To those not in the know, Diane and Kitty are friends in the books. Now, it seems they’re former friends. Diane was my favorite character from the first film, and I’m betting she’ll play an even bigger role in this story.
I know the trailer doesn't show all, but I really hope that Mr. Wolf and Diane Foxington will get together officially in this movie! They should be a main focus in this movie as they work on it.
Somewhat agree. IMO, The Bad Guys can be the "different kind of peak", the silly and chaotic one of that (in a good way by all means). That being said, I'll still put Wild Robot along with The Last Wish, HTTYD, KFP, Shrek as masterpieces by Dreamworks. It's a W nonetheless.
