It wasn’t the effect, rather when the flying swords deal 25 damage they only deal 25 then just die on contact. The other dagger would’ve stayed for another turn and done more damage. On the other hand, if he had targeted the 25, next turn he would’ve had to deal with four flying swords rather than three.

i think some of it is playing poker professionally. i used to win or lose pots of $2k+ pretty regularly, so i don't really get excited about $400. i'm not going to try to fake extra excitement, i try to just be genuinely thankful. what's more likely to get me going is when there's a really nice message attached to a donation about how i helped someone.
