    September is Fall Prevention Month, and we're highlighting a key factor in reducing fall risk: toe strength. Research shows a strong correlation between toe strength and stability, making it a vital area to focus on for maintaining balance and preventing falls. This video includes some toe exercises for strength and mobility including flexion and extension exercises and a fun marble pick up! I hope you practice these exercises at home.
