Training
1.Athlete stands in a stable stance and only extending their arm. Partner throws it left or right calling a colour
2. same as before but this time Athlete will lunge left or right
3. Athlete face's opposit way and on partners command they will then throw it left or right and call a colour.
4. in an onguard position with partner behind athlete. on the outside of their lead arm the partner will call a colour and then throw the Agility Stick.
