I honestly do not remember. But I usually buy from any Seller or vendor who has actual sell reviews.
Did you use tacky glue? Which is fabric glue
I used E6000 glue, fabric edition. It’s best if you give it 24 hours to dry or you can dry with a blow dryer on cool settings.

You have to let the E6000 dry for 24 hours
