IS deputy commissioner same as collector?
@@Asiandramas99 I don't have enough knowledge about it but I think the deputy commissioner is different from the collector. They have different roles and responsibilities.

Many many thanks to the host who record this podcast , as I always wanted to get the 1-2 hour duration video of Athar Amir sir in which he only talks and only speaking how he transform Kashmir, how life changes in Kashmir and etc .my attention goes to sir when I get to know all projects and development things are going done under athar sir as I am very interested in politics so last time I watch athar sir when he qualified the UPSC exam and secondly when i wanted to know ya their is UT, their is LG, but who is in administration it's all so I see athar sir and i am very happy who play a very big role in developing kashmir as I watch only online videos never go Kashmir or Jammu I love the way you playing big role in developing kashmir, love from Ayodhya UP, and in last i request mr host pls continue to these types of podcast and get many guests.
It is very rare that i love any podcast this much ....i have enjoyed every minute, every second of it ... there is hell lot for a lay man like me to learn from such great educational conversation. Thank you for your effort...peace ✌️❤
