Thanks for sharing this. I was contemplating between the same 2 phones, but after watching this I decided to go with the 6 Pro considering I was able to get a $300 discount on it in my country. I can also live without the extra camera software features. A clean software (that's refined over more than 6mths now), and an all-day battery even with high refresh rate - is good enough for me.

I’m seeing increasing complaints of major overheating on P7P. Especially with video calls n video recording. Any issues? I see u mentioned it. R u videos stopping while using, from throttling? 5G may be the problem in the states.
Do you recommend the Pixel 7, Pixel 6 Pro, or Galaxy S22 Plus? I am basing my decision on battery life, gaming performance for moderate to long periods, and camera quality. I use a Galaxy S9, and I was looking to upgrade to a phone under $649. I did want to improve the camera quality to something comparable to an iPhone. Has the camera quality upgraded significantly for Galaxy phones, or is the Pixel still better between the two?
I have been using pixel 3a for 2 years. It is a comfortable phone to hold. The experience was very good. Hope that upcoming pixel phone will carry the enthusiasm and the vive of pixel for being small and comfortable. 😌👍🏻
If you game, maybe you won't feel a significant change. Also charging speeds will take you time to get used to. But otherwise, I feel so. Also my review will be out tonight. So that could help explain more.
I would rate the camera system overall beter in the 7 Pro. Better telephoto, great primary & selfie camera. The S22+ has a better ultra wide camera though.
well i don't understand the hype around these phones, i bought p6p for the cameras and they are good though software tend to process photos tooo much/ and still i like iphone more so maybe ill switch back in future with an iphone 15 pro hopefully. the pain is that pixel already lost in value so much so thats also a downside (
