I love how during the premiere, not even a second before the video started, and one person already said, "Actual banger". And I mean, it *DEFINITELY* is
Damn... Genesis is such a good base for all these tracks. Maybe its the synth transition in the beginning that really makes it work. Edit: Holy shit that *"**12:30**"* x We will rock you mashup really pops off.
I play Rust, I just go to Safezone/Outpost and blast pluffaduff music through my mic. So many people love it, I direct them to your channel, but I shall now direct them to this sole video. Keep up the amazing work man, you have an ear for music, beats, harmony, and synchronization. I can’t get enough of your mashups.
I’m so glad i was able to contribute to this in the form of 4:40 No i will never let this go edit: I didn’t mention the name of the song i added because i forgot lmao It’s “12 : 30” by OVERWERK, thank you @Arif Hossain
When I had my first car it didn't have a working aux port or bluetooth, so in order to rock out to this album I literally burnt it to a CD and played it that way lol. Nobody else does it like pluff does.
Oh hell yes. Still one of my favourites of yours, it just goes so fucking hard, never lets up for the full 7.30 Minutes and the transitions between Phases is so damn slick. Also N*ggas in Paris and Overwerk 12:30 go so damn well here, gets me hyped every time.
The inclusion of Daft Punk in this track reminded me that it's been heavily implied that Nintendo is partnering with them ever since their band career ended, and that they're working on the Soundtrack for Splatoon 3. I can only anticipate eagerly what they could bring.
The alert for this potentially being true started when CoroCoro Magazine posted a volume celebrating the announcement of Splatoon 3, where the cover depicted a living room with your typical modern living room console setup, filled with Splatoon 2 props because there aren't props based on the S3 Splattershot yet. In this image, they included, sitting in its own corner, a copy of "Around The World" by Daft Punk, which felt a bit out of place until people began tying loose ends that came about in the previous YEARS. Please notice that this isn't the first time Nintendo would tease something months or years before coming, as the series had an Easter Egg that the players would later understand to be a teaser for the DLC of the Octo Expansion, it being an old telephone, identical to the main antagonist of the DLC's story. Even Super Smash Brothers Ultimate was teased in a similar fashion when Nintendo posted a flaming Chibi-Robo on Twitter, and other gaming companies began joining in by posting fire characters of their own franchises. [The reveal bomb took the form of a giant Smash logo set aflame.] Even the Switch's reveal, on October 20th 2016, consisted of a Tweet announcing that the codenamed "NX" would be revelaed that evening. The image was of Mario peeking out from behind a gray curtain, which had already been shown without context during 2016's E3, on a previous tweet of theirs. Before I explain it, let it be told that at launch, back in 2017, the music for the second singleplayer campaign, Hero Mode 2, felt extremely rushed for Splatoon's standards, to the point where they even had to reuse old songs from S1's Hero Mode to make the OST a little better, and sampling Callie's voice all over the new tracks didn't help. It would be logical of them to further seek to secure quality by working with professional DJ's on whatever portions of the SoundTrack that allude to the Octarians. The greatest clue that this might be happening is that, back in 2019, Splatoon 2 held its final Splatfest after two years of content updates, where the teams were "Team Chaos", lowkey the team of the Salmonids, and "Team Order", secretly the team of the Denizes of the Deep, two in-world communities introduced in this new entry of the series which had pretty much nothing in common. The colours for these two teams were Golden and Silver, just like the two robot personas of Daft Punk. But it goes further... Team Order, the silver one, lost that Splatfest... and in their official ending video, "Daft Punk - Epilogue", the silver robot is the one that self-destructs. Perhaps we can point out yet another tie, that being the Golden robot, alone, walking away into the sunrise [some call Japan the Land of the Rising Sun] on a wasteland... And in Splatoon 3, the victory of Team Chaos resulted in this next entry in the series taking place on a brand new place that isn't Inkopolis, but rather a messy town called "Splatsville", located in the most arid region of the continent of North America, rather than on Japan. If this tie is true, then we can expect that Daft Punk, with the explosion, teased a key element of the plot of the next game, perhaps backstory on something that happened between games, or perhaps even the very plot of the next singleplayer campaign. The ties are many, but there's always the chance that we're wrong...

@@nunoosorio3832 Just adding this detail that kinda goes against your point, not to disprove anything and stuff, but figured since I know that thing, I might as well share, however. The epilogue part you mention is just something they re-used from their 2006's film "Electrorama". A time where Splatoon wasn't even a thing that existed. So , I sort of doubt that there's actually a connection here. Of course, maybe it is still linked, but I do have some doubts that they'd purposefully choose to re-use something from their old movie that just so happened to make sense with some events happening in splatoon, in the video announcing the end of their career together no less. Now, who knows, its not like what I'm saying coimpletely invalidate all of this either. And hey, I'd always be down for more Daft Punk in my life so I'd be down if it end up being a thing. But still.

Was confused for a while about the "12:30" thing seems that song sampled abba's gimme gimme gimme as i was certain was the case here
@@Vivincubus
12:30 is a dubstep track by artist Overwerk that heavily samples Gimme Gimme Gimme.
its basically in the title. half past twelve.
Dude, _Gimme Gimme Gimme_ / _Hung Up_ / _12:30_ does so much work at 4:45
Those chords are just _perfect_ with that progression

I can't listen to Justice anymore without thinking it will switch to a pluff mashup
of course it starts with genisis.

I have six words for this mash-up -
Holy shit. Needs to be charted.
Acai would be proud to play or the other prolific guitar hero boys
every time i hear the damn abba song in the background around the middle, it sends me to another plane of existence
it's 1230 by overwerk
