Why Lagos still have open drainage? the real estate need to cover up all the open drainage around the house please.
This is one of my biggest annoyance in Nigeria. For the love of God I don't know why they don't cover the sewage in Nigeria. Covering the sewage would be a perfect way to make sidewalks.
People tend to steal the drainage covers. Especially if they are made with metal.
Best question ever!
Mainly cost.
Awesome! Clean, manicured, spacious and inviting. It was a pleasure viewing this unit inside and out.
Why price it in dollars instead of Naira. I thought that it's against the law in Nigeria to sell or advertise in Dollars. most real estate buyers in Nigeria are people living in Nigeria. Keep up the good work bro.
Love the review but I did not see where you would the refrigerator
Beautiful Duplex thank you for showing us ❤❤
Whatsup Bayo, great content as usual. This is just a little observation of the term "master bedroom," which was used historically to denote a slave masters quarters. It is preferred to say "Owners bedroom". Great work, brother. Love & respect.
Is that in Nigeria too?
Here in Lagos it would have been a pleasure to meet you and shake your hands.
@Mr Bayo,I would. like to buy one, but I am scared of the flooding .Like the flooding of last week. If you can guarantee that the building is not in the flooding area,I would love to buy one.
@@abigailsamuel9030 I definitely can. especially now that we are in rainy season. You get to see the true picture of where floods is a problem
@@thenigeriannomad Okay. I will get in touch soon
From the outside it looks like one of those bluebird storage units in Boston. 😅
@@ZOEandCJFarm 😂 funny.
Nice duplex
Kia the place is really nice woo. The way you critique properties e-dey ginger pesin.
Very nice. Every room has a bathroom. I think I seen 5 bathrooms in one duplex.
@@thepan-africanist2581 yep
This is really beautiful. I miss this ample spaces, I mean compare to UK houses 😅. Is there something like a mortgage service available for this type of property? Thanks.
I would like to know the answer to this question as well. Does Nigeria offer mortgages to those in diaspora looking to invest or relocate?
Where do you put the refrigerator in those apartments looks like no room in the kitchen
Looks great but what are the service charges yearly and what do they cover.
Nice one. Good space use. Does it have a Bq?
In Ghana this will be $1million😂
why is property in Ghana over inflated?
@@The_Best_Egg_ToLive Illiteracy, lack of exposure, lack of education, lack of business mindset. Ghanaians think Ghana is Europe cause they have light (not really) and a few wakanda dashiki black Americans have shined some money in their banku.
Let Naijeria do year of return and I’m sure the same thing will happen.
The intention for most of these properties is to renovate to your tastes. We would have sold them as carcass but we noticed that Nigerians need a little nudge to stimulate their imaginations and pockets.
Is this area of Lagos flooded?
Does it flood in this area whenever it rains?
$$$? Is that Nigerias’ currency?
At the price of $60, 000 are you buying or renting
@@letsmakemoney1295 buying
@@thenigeriannomadit sounds very cheap to me, what’s the catch?
Like why is the swimming pool sooo big and the gym literally nonexistent. Sometimes 9ja thinking is inside out.
@@josephoshiotse2341 that's why we need you to come and do a better design and build if you feel you can do it better.
Buy and they bulldoze in few years 😁😁😁😁
You self why you go buy canal?
I’m sorry, but it looks like a prison complex from the outside
