AHH Georgia Mae (sorry if i spelled that wrong) that omi-pour was awesome!! WOW!! and that batter is the perfect fluidity! You are truly great at all the things!
You guys always make me smile during my break at the hospital or when I'm coming home. Cant wait for this to be over so I can get back full time to my soap biz and have fun with misbehaving batter lol. Thank you ladies....you have been a life saver this past year!!!!!
I so wish I found your site earlier than in the last 20 days of your 365 days. I've not seen the clam shell done this way, almost backwards. I've only seen the opposite end of pour having the end propped up like you did. Having only two colours doesn't seem to show the clam so well while pouring. Great ambi-pouring of the two colours.
Hi Mrs. Soap & Clay!! This soap is GORGEOUS!!! As always, you and the soaprentice make such great soaps. I love her little hand dance on the start there, so cute!! Absolutely love the colors, same as my high school, but pastel.. wish my school colors were this instead of maroon and gold!!! I stumbled on some valuable information today that nearly had me for a loop, and I thought immediately to let you know, as I know you take high value in knowing such things. Did you know that Aloe contained Latex??? I found this on Google : plants thick green leaves which gel and . The gel is viscous, colourless and transparent, and is the therapeutic part of the leaf. The is a thick yellow liquid that is found between the gel and the inner rind of the leaf. (copy and pasted, the bold is not from me) I was going to use aloe, and thought to check, and wow :(.
Ooh as a guy who likes symmetry to the point that it borders on the (mistaken) stereotype of OCD, that mold makes my skin crawl with the bowing in the center. *shudder* The soap looks really pretty. This is another technique to play with in the future. I like the colors. This is one of those rare cases where orange works for me, as it is in my least favorite colors.
So I’m pretty sure this is one of brambleberry’s early silicone molds. I feel like I’ve picked up a few since that are better reinforced and they don’t bow in the middle.
It’s up! I’ll double up to make up for the lack of vid yesterday - wifi issues and full hard drives and all the things were the theme of the weekend.
Girl I thought there wasn't a video because of the grammys and Taylor's 3 performances lol
Coulda gone with that! 😂
And you tilted the opposite end

Check out my attempt yesterday - we did our pours completely opposite from each other! 😂 Both worked though, so it’s all crazy.
I watched Tree Marie’s video and I think you had it right on the angle.
That was a great pour job!
Geirgianae - awesome job. And yes- can you do it again with more contrasting colors.
Both of you ladies rock this like T Swift. Just gotta say it.
