Another excellent episode. Regarding the house of the week,with no internal dining room and the location of the turnipike a few hundred yards away, the noise factor is likely medium to high. Happy New Year .....

We do a variety of prices. The first week of each month we do four homes. Starting with a low priced one and going up. Also if you look back at our previous videos there are houses on them that may interest you. We try to show homes that have sold very recently, sometimes it may be only the higher priced ones that have sold in those few days
According to my FB memories, this day in 2017 was our first of many visits to The Villages. We would move right away, but my husband works at The Cleveland Clinic and wants to wait until he's full retirement age. I could do my job, but his is not common. We should be referral buddies!

Love the screen door. Not a fan of the huge island, but do like the trash drawer and the flat, one level counter. The guest rooms are both very nice, especially with walk in closets. The primary is very nice, too. My favorite primary bedroom style is the one in the Gardenia model, with windows on both walls, with a trey ceiling with lots of crown molding, and a slider out to the lanai. This lanai is AMAZING!!! We would definitely put a bar out there!
I saw a part of the menu and it did not claim to be “beer battered” fish but some other coating I am not familiar with. Why not send the fries back and ask for hot fries? This is a pretty common problem for restaurants. How they deal with the problem is also part of how the restaurant should be rated.
4:38 it was Yuengling Lager Batter. I didn’t like the seasoning on the fries which is why I didn’t ask for hotter ones. I’m sure they would have taken care of it because the service is good. They weren’t my favorite fish and chips but someone else might think they are the best ever. Just opinions. Cameraman.
They have done a lot of improvements and additions. Spent a lot of money too. It’s not always about the price someone pays for a property, it’s when, what improvements etc.. Lots of different factors
