  • This keynote excerpt discusses the limitations of artificial intelligence with a funny example of the #sora - generated monkey playing chess, featuring 3 kings and a 7-field board. It emphasizes the importance of human involvement in critical applications like medical and legal fields where accuracy is crucial. Keep the Humans in the loop!

Give it more human feedback, more people with domain expertise for chess and everything else it's asked to generate, and give it time. Humans can do many things. Therefore we know that the laws of nature permit at least one kind of machine, the human body/brain, to do these things. Chances are that the laws of physics also allow for other kinds of machines that can do such things even better.

What a waste of time watching this one. No one thinks it’s perfect, especially in this iteration. And yet it’s still amazingly good. There’s a reason why companies are pouring trillions of dollars into it. It’s going to get better every generation. Because of… Math. It’s inevitable.
It’s already better than humans in certain areas.
And there will come a time when it’s better than the world’s experts in certain areas. Which has already happened as well. Chess and go are but two examples.
    Save your time.

I don't agree with this 'inevitable' stuff, sorry

@@GerdLeonhard I respect anyone who has their own beliefs. But some extremely smart individuals and organizations with enormous sums of money are betting that you are completely wrong.
They put their money, time and energy where their mouth is. You, if you’re wrong, stand to lose nothing.
I suspect as a UA-camr, you’re not even the same league these people
      But I could be wrong.
