I really like this type of video! I've been eating much cleaner the past few weeks, but its hard for me because I'm not a good cook at all so I need a lot of inspiration from videos like this haha. Would love to see a video on the different snacks you make, such as the matcha truffle and the peanutbutter cups. Sometimes I really crave a tasty snack but there is literally nothing in the supermarket snack-wise that seems like a good choice (the amount of carbs and sugars is through the roof). And as much and I love fruit and vegetables, they're not always what I feel like snacking on ;;

And i live in the UK so im not legally allowed to work yet) but i want to change my eating habits noww😔😭
I fast for religious reasons as a Muslim we fast no water no food from sunrise to sunset for a month and some of us lose weight some gain weight cuz we spend the whole night eating and drinking water and the lucky ones sleep for many hours during the day to kill the fasting time. Most of the time is about 12 to 18 hours of fasting in summer but in winter haha only like 6 hours which is amazing we are looking forward to having a Ramadan in winter

Everything you have is literally organic. It is so difficult in smaller cities in uk to find much that is organic it's like going all over to get little bits and bobs. Is it very expensive eating this way ? and sorry what country is do you purchase all this. lol I'm a new sub

The place I go to has really affordable organic fresh produce and products. Some items are even cheaper than non-organics!

There is a big difference between a simple ‘chicken broth’ like you said and the actual product you showed - bone broth. Bone both especially chicken BB is extremely nutritious and not like a simple chicken broth. Just want to make sure people don’t get confused.
Caffeine (even in green tea) can throw off your hormones and make your breasts super sore before your period. Just a heads up. Love your videos xoxo 💕🌈🌴 ps also I saw u have gut issues. Look into taking calcium glucarate it will def help you it’s slightly complicated but it neutralizes an enzyme bad bacteria in your gut make that can give you estrogen dominant symptoms.
Really love your personality and your videos. You hormonal issues can come from the animal products you are eating. Maybe you should also think about that, too and not only depending on keto. Because most of the time there is more than just one reason.
