I visited Hong Kong in early summer and remember this super tucked away little restaurant (it was about the size of a walk-in closet with like two stools) and there was some old guy in tightie whities and a wife beater just flipping shit in a wok and smoking. Soooo much like this description. It was like 90 degrees, too, and the guy was sweating profusely. Not an appetizing scene
