I seem to also neglect my kindle books, even though I’m very interested in them, but like you said it’s so easy to forget about them when you have physical books right in front of you. I’m going to try to commit to reading one Kindle book a month or more.
I really enjoyed seeing the books on your kindle …. Made me feel better as you have way more than me on your kindle lol 😂 I have The bee keepers promise by Fiona Valpy and like you I haven’t read it yet 📚💞📚I enjoy dual time lines as well …. 😊
We have similar tastes - and of course Amazon figure that out pretty fast - I just recently (the last 2 months) have been forced, due to circumstances to read primarily from my Kindle - So I went back through all those that I had downloaded - obviously several that were "first reads" and I noticed that the reviews have a tendency to be all over the place too, making me wonder which ones are legitimate reviews and not just the publisher or author's friends/family leaving reviews.. I know I am very skeptical. I read Uprooted years ago - I have a review on my channel - but if you like the basis of Jane Eyre and the relationship between her and Edward Rochester you will probably be fine with it, that relationship has always bothered me and I don't find it romantic to fall for a guy who is deceitful, cruel and only comes around once he becomes in need of her help.
I’m terrible at remembering my kindle books but my aim is going to be picking one a month to read as I know I’ve got some great ones on there. I’d just automatically reach for the physical books I have. We are currently decorating the halls and landings and then most of the house will be done and I can film a tour. It has taken us such a long time to get round everywhere and we’ve still not touched the bathroom 😩
I read Ask Again, Yes last year and it was one of my most favourite books of the year. If I could have read it in a day I would have, but sadly work, family and housework got in the way. I dread looking at my unread Kindle list. It's long.
Love this! Have you also sorted your books into collections? Also I have been trying to figure out how to film this video for my own collection and I cannot believe I didn't think to just download the covers like I do for all my other videos 🤦♀️
@@JessMcGlynn I don't blame you after my steessful afternoon today with collections! My Kindle auto-updated and the new software means if your collections are not downloaded you cannot see them or filter them. I finally figured out that if I search by the collection name I can find them and download them!
Spell breaker was really good I need to read the next book and the authors other books it’s one that pulled me in once I started reading
Love your kindle cover ^^ looking forward to watching this during my work day when I can!

Great TBR. I just can't do an e-reader. I look at a screen all day at work and my eyes need a break. Great video! 💗📚📖
I find it harder to concentrate when I’m using an e-reader. I wonder if it’s for the same reasons.

Haha glad to help!

This was very interesting. How often do you read Kindle books? Off topic, but can we possibly get a house tour post move -in and renovations? 😁

I will jump it up my list!

Noooo, I can’t face sorting them any further haha. I need to play around with the kindle I think as I don’t use it to its full capacity.

This is almost a duplicate of my unread kindle books. Mainly prime first reads but far too many Netgally proofs to own up to 🙄
Glad I’m not the only one!
