RE Himalayan is great in stability on high speed unless you cross 110 kms/hr, specifically.
I've crossed the speed of 130 kms/hr several times and reached up to 140 kms/hr but it's not advisable to do that because you won't enjoy the ride as it starts to shake after 110 kms/hr and moreover, around 130 it doesn't give you that confidence of being stable on the road and vibrates a lot.
And yeah, I guessed it right! I believed it wouldn't run more than 30 kms/ltr and that's what happened at the end of the video. 25 to 30 kms/ltr is the average figure of fuel efficiency which it is going to keep constant forever.

I got 36 kmpl on my Himalayan on highways and i was cruising at 100 kmph all day long. On steep hills where only 1 and second gears are used it gave my 27 kmpl.

It is illegal to ride above 80 kmph on most (95%) of Indian roads. I would know because I had to pass the computerized test for my LMV license 8 years agoand the booklet they gave for motor vehicle and traffic rules clearly describes the speed limits for different vehicles in different road categories. For National and State highways, the speed limit was 80kmph. Expressways mention the limits at the entry points and in road intervals too.
