Which one was the first fish store??!?!? Their tanks look immaculate which is hard to find in the area. The second one I know where it is.
After getting my dottyback I found out why your supposed to add them last…
To date it has killed a hippo tang, a mandarin goby, a lawmower blenny, a yellow watchman goby while in my care and 3 others before he was traded into the store I bought him from.
Everything now has to stay in the acclimation box for a week till he calm down and stops striking the box. Good luck with yours, hopefully its nicer than mine

Hi, i also got that fish as my first fish, later about 3 weeks I added 1 black ice cf and the dottyback was nonstop picking on my cf. I had to remove the dottyback and give it to my friend and traded with a zoa frag. I think yours is orchid dottyback and mine is royal dottyback so the temperament should be slightly different right? I hope everything's gonna be fine in the future.

Hey what worked for me in a old tank of mine was first putting my clowns in the sump then I put him in a acclimation box.

about 3 weeks but I used ammonia + bacteria
