what’s the best way to clean lead residue off of one’s hands. It’s hard to search this kind of info. Just normal hand soap? Especially in regards to electronics repair. When you’re trying not to contaminate plastic enclosures and or clean tools after works done. Be useful to know what’s best for cleanup On surfaces as well. Many thanks for any insights. May need to buy the kit to find out
I've heard people from lead remediation workers to gun enthusiasts mention EscaTech D-Lead soap. My loose impression is that normal handsoap is better than nothing but will leave a significant share of the lead contamination on your hands. Undoubtedly not exposing yourself to lead and not getting it on your hands to begin with would be even better.

There is heavy metal removal soap and wipes. I use tin, stainless steel and bronze to avoid it all together.
