Everything Lead
Here we delve into various aspects of lead risk, testing and detection from a perspective of someone who's been around the block several times.
for the past 5 years I have detected lead with sodium rhodizonate, enabled about 150k people to administer over 3.5million tests into their environment, i believe that using chemicals to detect environmental toxins is the best way to learn more about the hidden nature of our environment and this makes us safer for it.

Eric And An Expert: Episode 1. Mexico's Lead Labyrinth
In this episode I was fortunate enough to get to speak with Maria Talayero Schettino, a DrPH candidate in the Department of Environmental and Occupational Health at The George Washington University. She also runs the Instagram channel mariajotoxicologa which informs on various environmental health issues. We dove deep into the nuances of policy, funding, and lead awareness across cultures, as well as lead testing (or lack thereof) throughout Mexico and the United States.

Can you try the chicco duo? The results may be interesting as the outside layer is plastic and inside layer is glass
So basically all the bottles have lead? Somehow i dont believe that...
I would like to test some Temu and Shein items. I’m quite curious if those are coming over with lead
Were those… pill bottles?
This is amazing. Thank you!
So do u have similar findings in potatoes, carrots and other root veggies?
Did IQs suddenly drop while I was away? Do you not understand basic physics when it comes to electromagnetic fields?
I'd like to know when she publishes her work so I can see her conclusions.
So buy a HEPA filter design for the shot vac and use another filter for the output to make sure all lead is captured
Do you ship internationally?
Can you check the lansinoh bottles and evenflo balance+ bottles
What's in the liquid? I'm trying to find more info on your product, but I can't find a safety data sheet on it.
Hurts my head...
Mine was leaking in the bag. 😩
No idea what's going on in these random videos
@@panther105 it’s confusing why lead is a thing that kills 400k Americans a year for sure it’s so insane
😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫
did you.. put those pill bottles there?
was that much lead just for one toy? or does it make all of them at the same time? did it tell you to add that much or were you freestyling? is lead that easily breakable? i have so many questions actually
@@badisonmoyd I melted too much, you would keep refilling the mold but it’s missing pieces, I only freestyle, if it’s thin apparently it is, although it could be alloyed with something to make it breakable tbh good point
@@ericeverythinglead interesting!!! i also love freestyling
What about mam bottles 😭
He tested a mam bottle. It had no lead
How can I be sure something has lead and Is not a false positive when using rhodizonate sticks?
because its a different chemical reaction and unlike rhodizonate there isnt an abduct formed between methylamine hydrobromide and anything other than lead that fluoresces
@@ericeverythinglead yes but how can I test it at home?
@@ericeverythinglead someone on Reddit told me that zinc and copper would turn brown or something and that everyone else saying sodium rhodizonate is bad is coping, he has a phd he says too
@@ericeverythinglead I just tested copper coins and they turned the exact same color as when I tested my bracelet that people said were positive for lead, how should I be sure the bracelet is not lead
What do you do with lead positive dishes?
What about plastic pigeon bottles, what is this is just in America? What about Australia?
Thank you for your dedication and service! 🤠
This video should have 1 million views. Thank you for this test. Subbed.
You’re sounding like someone that’s set on saving us all by making lead, then steel and copper piping unusable on plumbing supply lines just to turn around in disbelief about how forever chemicals in plastic pipes are going to be so much worse
Idgi what’s wrong with steel or copper pipes?
Kingston, NY? yeah, that tracks.. i live about a half hour from there. most of the houses and buildings are older. they range anywhere from early 1700s to late 1800s for many of the larger ones, unless they're the terrible McMansions popping up like daisies.
Me over here casting many pounds of lead bullets 😅
Lol. I feel you on the annoying knife bit, 😂.
Is there interaction with Indium or Tin? Also what is the accuracy rate since lead exists in a variety of different compounds in materials?
ngl this is some top tier humor
Where did your lead journey begin? What started this all off
Isnt vintage another word for used?
No I can’t expand upon that any further about how wrong you are Just know that you’re VERY far off
I mean, it's often used that way. Honestly, it's a reference to a specific time of making wine. A winemaker is properly called a vintner. Wine:vino. Grapes into wine is the process of vintage, and a given vintage is the wine produced in a given season's winemaking. So if you think of it, a given wine will be from a specific vintage, but it is most certainly Not "used", right? If you are actually curious, look up vintages in terms of wine or antiques. It technically refers to a specific time, but it is often just used to mean "old".
U worried about a little lead dust and people in flint been drinking it for decades😂
Can you use an anode of some sort?
What about tin?
This sounds like a schizophrenic episode
She really thought she found something. In reality its just a red herring
Why should we not use air fryers? The two biggest concerns are potential carcinogens called acrylamides and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) that are created in the process of cooking. Or so they say ..I personally love my airfryer it cooks fast so I'll take my chances, cough cough,😝
You will get those cooking chemicals regardless of how you roast your food. It would be the same as a smoked brisket or oven baked chicken. Fried food as well.
@@rivitraventhe solutioj to this problem is to not eat or drink food you qill contaminant free for the rest of your life
Everything we own has a certain amount and type of lead in it.
This is the type of content we need
I understand it’s a root vegetable. But would hydroponics grows of this vegetable be a possible solution since you could control for lead being in the solution?
