Why would you put creatine in a pre workout. It needs to be something that you take separately as it is something you have to take everyday for it to work and get into your muscles. and why would you wanna decrease muscle breakdown when that's the main goal of working out for most people.
Landon thanks for your question. Let me answer it in two parts. First, there is a difference between micro-trauma caused by resistance exercise and muscle protein breakdown. The micro-trauma is the stimulating effect that causes the muscle to ramp up muscle protein synthesis - the process where you build muscle. However, it also increases muscle protein breakdown. Muscle protein breakdown is always going on. It never shuts off. But it does increase and decrease based upon a number of factors such as exercise type, intensity, and available nutritional elements. The goal for the athlete is twofold: increase the muscle protein building and lower the muscle protein destruction so that there is an improved net increase in muscle gains. Secondly, MPO is a very unique product in that it has a 2 stage effect on the muscle. In the first stage, the immediate effect produces increased strength, power, and endurance when you use it before you train. It is sort of like the ultimate preworkout in that it improves your workouts, increases your pump, allows you to lift more, all without a stimulant. But the second stage is really where it can transform the athlete. MPO’s muscle-building works long after the effect of a normal preworkout goes away. It increases the ratio of muscle building vs muscle breakdown that is happening in your system. And its ingredients work even if you are not training. That is why we recommend you take it daily, just like creatine, because when taken on days you do not train, it further enhances your gains. The physician team here at Dioxyme has helped athletes gain significant muscle mass, far more than they have ever seen not using MPO. We also have seen individuals who are recovering from surgery minimize any muscle losses using MPO during their recovery and rehab phase.
@@Dioxyme In my particular workout plan, I only take creatine twice a week, and cycle the use of my preworkouts between my more extreme Bucked up woke AF, and the normal bucked up, I also use their Pump-ocolypse, which is their separate pump agent. I am sure your stuff works well, but I personally prefer it to be separate.
@@alucard3600 taking creatine alongside your other stimulant-based pre-workouts is great. However, you are missing the massive benefits of HICA, HMB, and Phosphatidic Acid that MPO provides. Each of them has been shown to improve athletic performance. If you are just looking for stimulants to get you jacked up, then stay the course. However, if you actually want to improve your workouts and see better results, you really should look to include the other ingredients found in MPO.

@@joelsterling3735 I would like to compare it to the bucked up WOKE AF or BAMF line, they are the "better" version of the original Bucked up. Also they don't put the pump or creatine in their preworkouts because they have their own pump and creatine as separate products.
You forgot to mention that beta alanine is only beneficial once a saturation is built up.... So having a higher dose will do that quicker... Also creatine also has no immediate benefits. So it doesn't matter if it's in you pre or post or just randomly throughout the day. Same with the beta alanine. Get it in whenever, doesn't have to be in your pre.

@@maggiecarley5326 losing weight is going to depend on a caloric deficit, meaning you are burning more calories than you consume. Increasing the intensity of your workouts will help you burn more calories. Building muscle will depend on protein consumption and triggering MPS (muscle protein synthesis). Without adequate protein consumption, you won't be able to gain muscle. Additionally, adequate protein consumption will help you minimize muscle loss while losing fat. MPS is triggered by protein consumption as well as other ingredients such as the PA and HMB found in our MPO. For you, I would recommend our MPO because it will trigger MPS, as well as provide muscle energy for improved workouts. I would also recommend a protein powder such as our Grass-Fed Whey Protein. In my opinion, MPO is underdosed in both créatine and beta-alanine, the dosages are in the lower brackets and significant improvements have been show with way more beta-alanine (then again it causes paraesthesia so you can’t ever provide a full dose in a pre)
In your opinion what would be the appropriate doses for creatine and beta-alanine? Based on a multitude of studies, a typical creatine supplementation regimen involves a ‘‘loading phase" of 20g a day for 5 days to maximize muscle creatine stores, followed by a maintenance phase of approximately 2g per day. With beta-alanine, the ranges that have been studied that demonstrate efficacy are from 800mg to 6000 mg a day. The limitation is the paresthesias people get and as such larger daily doses require split dosing for user tolerance. With that said, MPO has 4500mg of creatine and 2000mg of beta-alanine. We also recommend a varied serving size based on your size. For example, we'd suggest 1.5scoops (6750mg creatine and 3000mg beta-alanine) if you were to weigh 220 pounds. We find our ingredients doses well within the efficacious range. We'd also be happy to post links to the multitude of studies we reference.
@@Dioxyme i admit taking 1.5 scoops would definitely fix this issue for me, i have just found with my own research, personal experience and anecdotal evidence that the optimal dose of creatine for me is 5 to 6g and at least 4000mg to 8000mg of beta alanine per day.
@@victordl6282 If you are in the 191-240lb range, then yes we recommend taking 1.5 scoops of MPO, which would cover your personal preferences on creatine, and get pretty close to your preferred dose of beta-alanine. We recommend a single scoop for the 131-190lb range. We actually have the chart of our serving size recommendations on the back of our bag.
Very sure agmatina sulfate is used for the same purpose as citrulline malate. They both act as vaso dialators. They don't add that for "performance" whatever that meant
Disagree heavy with your take on total war, one scoop has 3200mg of beta alinine, 6000mg of L-citruline and 1000mg of taurine. These are literally all dosed correctly, and if you do care about creatine like I do then you can just buy it separately. You talk about TW PW like it has no potential to help develop muscles but only provide energy from its high caffeine dose. Kida remember just cause he wears a white coat and calls himself a doctor doesn't mean he's smart or truthful.

Me I just need a lil boost and pump ... So there r tricks u can use .. Hmm nothing like hard work !!
He said 250mg caffeine is about “2…to 2.5” cups of coffee, then later he said 460 mg caffeine in Hyde is equivalent to 8 cups of coffee…..🤔 am I missing something ?
Losing body fat really comes down to burning more calories than you consume to place yourself in a caloric deficit. When you incorporate working out, you want to increase the intensity of your workouts to burn more calories. Our MPO allows you to work out harder by providing more muscle endurance. This in turn will allow you to burn more fat. Additionally, the ingredients in MPO all stimulate muscle protein synthesis, the process that builds muscle, in different ways. It's like opening up the 5 lane highway for muscle growth. So with all that said, we'd highly recommend our MPO for losing body fat and gaining muscle.
Except that both creatinine and beta alanine have no place in a pre workout. Both have great benefits except no immediate effect. They take 2-3 weeks to saturate your muscles and build in your system before any real effect. So they get added in as either selling tactic or stuff to raise the price
MPO sounds great...until I realise I would have to spend 80 bucks on a single tub. I bet it's great, but there's no way I can afford that. Out of these, I've had total war for £30 for 30 servings (which is cheap tbh), worked great

MPO has been on the market for a few years. You can find many of the scientific journal articles that we used while formulating MPO right on our product page: dioxyme.com/product/muscle-performance-optimizer/
Its not all about the prework out. What about the post work out? What is it that you use in the timeframe? Did you forget the proteins? Sounds like just alot of water weight to me. With aninos and someone that made a product to sell. And Gamma Labs, purBOLICS, and MuscleTech. Isnt good? And a diet is mostly the biggest thing you can do. The pre workout dont do it and supplements dont help other then energy.
Did I just hear him say 6g of Citrulline malate is the perfect dose then turn around and say 4g of L-Citrulline is underdosed? Same amount of Citrulline doc. And 4g is the minimum efficacious dose.
The way you talk about c4 as if it’s pure placebo and is completely ineffective waste of time which i know for a FACT is not true. From a cost standpoint, it would cost a consumer about $4.03/serving if you were to buy each ingredient by itself on your own. In contrast, our product will cost a consumer $2.50/serving. Moreover, an initial investment of all of these raw ingredients would cost someone $152. That is, of course, if you can get all of these ingredients on their own, which is currently hard to do (specifically with HICA). Also, MPO is already mixed and flavored for your convenience, and 3rd party tested to ensure safety and efficacy. More so than that though, we don't fully qualify MPO as a pre-workout. Yes, you take it before workouts or competition, but it is stimulant-free so it is not a traditional pre-workout. If you are looking just for something to give you energy then MPO is not for you. Providing ridiculous amounts of energy is cheap. However, MPO actually improves the way your muscles function. It will improve athletic ability, and increase gains dramatically. No other pre-workout does this.
@@Dioxyme I'd like to give it a try, but that's just way too much to spend for something that might not work. Caffeine does nothing for me, so a stim free supplement is nice. But I can also say the same for other popular ingredients like beta-alanine and l-citruline. I feel no performance benefits from either or others. Maybe the quality of your ingredients is better -- for that price, though, I can talk myself into it yet. Any coupon codes or sample packs available???
@@EnigmaticAnomaly We do use a high-quality beta-alanine. With that said, I personally do not feel the tingle in beta-alanine like many ppl do. That doesn't mean it isn't working though. Continuing, I'd agree that beta-alanine mixed in with a bunch of stimulants isn't going really make or break a workout. What makes the difference with our product, is that all of the ingredients work synergistically to improve athletic ability. In fact, 3 of the ingredients stimulate muscle protein synthesis, but each in a different way. It's like a three-lane highway opening up from a one-lane road. In this case, the sum is greater than its parts. In terms of price, we totally get that it is expensive, especially for something that is in its own category. It's a pre-workout, but it's not because it's stimulant-free. It's an athletic performance enhancer. Unfortunately, it costs us a lot of money to make the product because the raw ingredients are expensive. We do offer first-time buyers coupon codes on the site, and if you are signed up via email, we do run deeper specials throughout the year.
@@Dioxyme Well, you definitely have me interested. I'm a cyclist, so I'm more interested in the ingredients that will help my endurance more so that building muscle mass, but I can understand how they would all work together to improve overall performance and gains.
Here is a link to a systematic review published in the Journal of Human Kinetics in 2019. The review cites ~56 other scientific studies that review the effectiveness of HMB. Their conclusions are as follows: "HMB is among the supplements, which can be recommended for all sport disciplines regardless of sex and age. HMB supplementation reduces post exercise muscle damage, and thus accelerates recovery. It also allows for increases in lean body mass, improved strength and aerobic capacity." There will always be competing studies based on the setup of a study, but the evidence for HMB in a "pre-workout" supplement is strong. @@Dioxyme So I didn't rewatch this video, but thats why I said in my comment that Protein Powders have a lot of these Aminos, most Protein Powders to have complete proteins profiles. A lot of people take protein before, and after a workout, or at whatever point in time throughout the day. Some drink BCAAs and EAAs throughout the day, OR intra workout. Hope all of this makes sense
@@realcobicash Yes indeed it makes sense. In fact, we highly recommend taking BCAA's before a workout as they are the king at decreasing delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS). Interestingly, though BCAA's are in protein, protein does not decrease muscle soreness like BCAA's do. In terms of the ingredients in our MPO product, none of them are found in the traditional amino acid profile of protein. We include them in our product because each of them systematically either turns on MPS or increases muscle endurance. Thank you for referencing Citruline and Carnitine (one of the ingredients in our focus formula) though to give us a better understanding of what you were referring to.

noob look at the back off them ghost and bucked up are dog shit . same with c4 and every bs pre workout lmao, the only one ive seen that is good is gorrlia mode, the rest are cookie cutter bs
MPO is $70 for 30 servings lol. Also it's better statistically because the serving size is twice as much as a normal serving of other competing preworkouts? 600 gram bag and only 30 servings? The rich man's preworkout I would say but I haven't tried it maybe it's worth the money to some.
It is an expensive product no doubt. With that said, it isn't a traditional pre-workout as we mention in the video. If you are just looking for stimulants, then there are plenty on the market that will get you jacked up for a cheap price. However, MPO will actually improve the way your muscles function. MPO will make you stronger, provide greater endurance, and prevent muscle breakdown. Additionally, if you were to buy a one-month supply of each ingredient in MPO at our efficacious dose, it would cost you about $152.
Also look at ghost there product is less than half the price and if you take there pre workout and pump it has the same amount of ingredients as yours does but you don’t have caffeine which many people want
The only ingredient that is the same in Ghost Pre-Workout and Ghost Pump and our MPO is Beta-Alanine. Neither of their products contains HMB, HICA, PA, or Creatine Monohydrate. Also, the combination of their two products cost $82, while ours is normally priced at $69.99. Finally, we do not include caffeine in MPO because not all people, especially athletes, want caffeine in a pre-workout product. Our product isn't meant to boost your energy, it is meant to actually improve the way your muscles function.
i dont want caffine either i take a pre workout to get a increased pump thats why i get gorilla mode nitric or i use to buy a basic pump fomular with glycerol in it then i add 2 l citrulline into it
You are correct. The dosage of citrulline in studies is 6gm. 1gm of citrulline is equivalent to 1.76 gm citrulline malate. The reason malate is used is that it increases absorption. With that said, the clinical studies we have seen were done on citrulline, not citrulline malate. So, if you can find studies, we'd love to see them!
Do you think it could cause elevation in your blood pressure do you think it could cause permanent elevation in your blood pressure do you see any negative effects in the products c4 over long term there's some people that recommended me not to be on it for over 6 months in a long-term usage of this shit might cause some type of problem but I don't know whether it's caused a permanent elevation of my blood pressure or not lower numbers up a little bit and I'm trying to get down to normal but maybe maybe the caffeine of the seahorse keeping it elevated maybe I'm taking caffeine before I take my blood pressure which is a temporary elevation I'm not allowing my blood pressure to get back to normal for I'm taking the blood pressure so I don't know I need comments from either doctors or people are taking c4 in order to know if there are any permanent long-term effects
@@yonkocommander5531 LOL your claim couldn't be any further from the truth. Decades of studies show that it improves physical performance. Similarly, the average increase in weightlifting performance (maximal repetitions at a given percent of maximal strength) following creatine supplementation plus resistance training was 14% greater than the average increase in weightlifting performance following placebo ingestion during resistance training (26 vs. 12%).

It's nice to see someone not just say "this one's the strongest." "Strongest" is such a vague term. So thanks!
@@joelsterling3735 I would like to compare it to the bucked up WOKE AF or BAMF line, they are the "better" version of the original Bucked up. Also they don't put the pump or creatine in their preworkouts because they have their own pump and creatine as separate products.
What do you think about the Kevin levrone scatterbrain pre workout 2.0.
It's supposed to have DMAA.
I love taking creatine separately. It guarantees I take it every day
my left ear loved this one
C4: I would have to say no “Acute” affect. Taken over time saturation can be obtained therefore becoming effective.Yes, it will take a while due to being under dosed.

@@maggiecarley5326 Glad to help! What are your current nutrition / fitness goals?
@@Dioxyme currently I’m working on losing weight. Once I do that I want to eventually focus on building muscle and being stronger.
Give this article a read for some further insight into what you are trying to accomplish: dioxyme.com/how-to-lose-fat-weight-and-gain-muscle-at-the-same-time/
If you'd like, you can contact us on our site and we can put you in touch with the Doc in the video for some help personalizing a plan for you.
@@Dioxyme I am in caloric deficit (about 1500 a day whereas before I was probably at 3000) and I follow @thesculptyou’s (on Instagram) daily workouts. I also try to add cardio if I’m not drained by the end of my session (usually about 1.5-2hrs gym time). I only drink water (as much I remember in a day) and coffee (unsweetened, I don’t like sugary). I’ve definitely had a lot of progress by doing so but when I really take off in my journey I’d like to be prepared :)

Would love to see this same video on Alpha Lion pre! My go to and I use the supreme formula please do a video!!

Very sure agmatina sulfate is used for the same purpose as citrulline malate. They both act as vaso dialators. They don't add that for "performance" whatever that meant
Was thinking of trying this product. And adding 6 grams of citrulline malate. What do you think of that?
Disagree heavy with your take on total war, one scoop has 3200mg of beta alinine, 6000mg of L-citruline and 1000mg of taurine. These are literally all dosed correctly, and if you do care about creatine like I do then you can just buy it separately. You talk about TW PW like it has no potential to help develop muscles but only provide energy from its high caffeine dose. Kida remember just cause he wears a white coat and calls himself a doctor doesn't mean he's smart or truthful.

Do more videos like this one with other pre workouts and creatine. Pls
All this information was great, but is there a pre workout you recommend for people trying to loss body fat and gain muscle?
Losing body fat really comes down to burning more calories than you consume to place yourself in a caloric deficit. When you incorporate working out, you want to increase the intensity of your workouts to burn more calories. Our MPO allows you to work out harder by providing more muscle endurance. This in turn will allow you to burn more fat. Additionally, the ingredients in MPO all stimulate muscle protein synthesis, the process that builds muscle, in different ways. It's like opening up the 5 lane highway for muscle growth. So with all that said, we'd highly recommend our MPO for losing body fat and gaining muscle.
Pre doesn’t help u with loosing fat per day, it gives u a better workout so u could say that any of these will help u lose fat if u work hard
@@totalabes596 i used pre workout today and it helped my endurance so much. Less muscle pain, more energy and focus
@@totalabes596 they have preworkouts that have thermogenic properties and appetite suppressants.
Except that both creatinine and beta alanine have no place in a pre workout. Both have great benefits except no immediate effect. They take 2-3 weeks to saturate your muscles and build in your system before any real effect.
So they get added in as either selling tactic or stuff to raise the price
Yup. I just said the same thing... If you take them daily you'll be fine, but 2 or 3 or 4 times a week and they're being wasted.

I take pure deer antler velvet it definitely works.... Smh
Edit: NOT saying it boost test but all I’m saying is that it works. & be careful
Kryzs2K One, I’m certified, and soon to be certified in nutrition. i’m familiar with IGF-1, whether it’s in capsule form or coming from nutrition (which it does) & deer antler velvet definitely promotes Insuline Growth. It’s similar to an androgen, not an anabolic. Read about it and you’ll see as well.
Also, I have experience using it. It works. You need more than adequate protein as well, the better your nutrition as well, the better your results. Look at my IG and you’ll see. I’m also a signed model..
Kryzs2K Ah okay for sure for sure. I use woke AF as well, that amount of deer antler velvet is low, like definitely low. For starters find a good natural deer antler velvet and follow the directions, adjust as needed. Keep watching as many videos as you can 💪🏾
So stack MPO with a stimulant pre and you're set.
$75 for 30 servings? Most expensive pre-workout I've yet seen!
I'm a cyclist, so I'm more interested in the ingredients that will help my endurance more so that building muscle mass, but I can understand how they would all work together to improve overall performance and gains.
its not worth lmao they all under doses your better off getting gorrlia mode or just buying l citrulline and glycerol by them self
HMB is literally shown in studys to be nothing but a placebo effect, the studys u talked about in this video are outdated
Here is a link to a systematic review published in the Journal of Human Kinetics in 2019. The review cites ~56 other scientific studies that review the effectiveness of HMB. Their conclusions are as follows:
"HMB is among the supplements, which can be recommended for all sport disciplines regardless of sex and age. HMB supplementation reduces post exercise muscle damage, and thus accelerates recovery. It also allows for increases in lean body mass, improved strength and aerobic capacity."
There will always be competing studies based on the setup of a study, but the evidence for HMB in a "pre-workout" supplement is strong. That said, we would love to hear any other thoughts you may have on the matter! We're always open for discussion!

Protein powders definitely have a lot of these same aminos that work and are mentioned in this video, but in the vid saying they don’t work.. Idk
What aminos are you referring to that you would consider adding into a "pre-workout"?
@@Dioxyme I add several amino acids into my Pre Workout and use some of them Post workout as well. L Carnatine and/or Acetyl L Carnatine is great.. Several Pre Workouts have aminos in them already. Citruline is one
Thanks for the info 👍🏾

99% of scientist approve the product that pays them. 😁
Please review PEscience and BPN
Additionally, if you were to buy a one-month supply of each ingredient in MPO at our efficacious dose, it would cost you about $152.
i thought this was a state farm ad
Our product isn't meant to boost your energy, it is meant to actually improve the way your muscles function.
i dont want caffine either i take a pre workout to get a increased pump thats why i get gorilla mode nitric or i use to buy a basic pump fomular with glycerol in it then i add 2 l citrulline into it
6000mg citrulline malate and 4000mg citrulline are the same dose of citrulline and yet he calls one adequate and the other low.
U didnt say if its safe for women
I need a preworkout without fake sugar. It’s so bad for you
What about ViperX
Does MPO contain banned substances for athletes?
None of the 5 active ingredients in MPO are banned substances. MPO was formulated specifically with athletes in mind.
Proprietary blends should be banned
This video’s only flaw is that it gives any of these awful preworkouts credibility at all, because they’re a waste of money.
