- We finally have a randomizer mod for Oblivion! Is it as insane as it sounds? Will the mental scarring this mod has given me, ever be healed? Will Jauffre ever be able to clean up the huge mess I made? Probably not.

He was so pissed he physically appeared to stop all the chaos
For those who don't know, Jyggalag is the final boss of the DLC. Pretty much the strongest possible enemy he could have encountered.
Wonder if you auto complete the dlc if you kill him right there. Micky D speed run extraordinaire
The Gatekeeper was pretty tough too, I killed him but he killed Jayred Ice-Veins first and the emotional wounds he dealt me will never heal, especially since there's no tombstone getting erect for Jayred, after finishing the DLC I went over to his house and dropped a bunch of flowers and bones on his doorstep

@@cherryrook8684 technically he will auto kill you if you aren't equipped with the crusader relics but I believe his stats are lower

How to Oblivion:
1. Exit the tutorial sewers.
2. Fight Jyggalag.
This is like looking directly into the radiant AI build of the game before they lobotomized it.

@@Tortue-et-Fitness Basically, the Radiant AI would practically lead nearly every NPC to their demise. Got hungry? They would try to hunt a Wolf or Lion for food... and die. The AI sees something they want? They'll steal it... and die to the city guards who would punish them since NPC's do not have the capability to go to jail or pay fines. The AI was given so much freedom that the NPC's themselves essentially broke the game before the player could do anything.
Mehrunes Dagon: manipulates Mankar Camoran to allow himself to enter the plane of Nirn.
Jyggalag: Just goes to Nirn for a casual stroll like it's nothing.
Well he’s not trying to invade, he just feels like going for a stroll.

Tbf, Jyggalag (and consequentially Sheogorath) are one of, if not THE most powerful daedric princes and Sheogorath has made it abundantly clear he is capable of visiting Nirn pretty much whenever he wants. He is known, for instance, to wander around in some form or another (usually a somewhat old man with a cane and a dope hat). He definitely isn't as restricted by the covenant of akatosh as the other princes.
@@junova7503 again sheogorath isn’t usually looking to invade Nirn like other daedra. He’s just looking for fun. Sanguine is much the same way. One of his favorite hobbies is getting piss ass drunk with mortals. Azura and Meridia are loving mothers who will wreck you if you piss them off. Just ask the Tribunal and Molag Bal
So among the first things you face outside in this utterly chaotic mod is Jyggalag, the Daedric Prince of _Order._
That's actually pretty funny.
Almost like he knows this future upstart Sheogorath caused all the chaos in Cyrodiil by modifying it, and he's arrived there to absolutely wreck your shit as payback.
At first I thought the title said “Randomsizer,” and was expecting every NPC to be a random size. Now I kind of want a randomizer option for it…
The randomizer for Fallout: New Vegas messes with character size so it would be possible!
This just reminds me of "Bablir" from Vinesauce Joel's playthrough of Oblivion.

Something about you throwing everything in his office at Jauffre while he screams at you over and over is just the pinnacle of comedy. Watching the books bounce off of him while he kept yelling "SCOUNDREL!" Good stuff lol

I think the randomiser also randomised what faction the NPCs belong to thus why they were suddenly hostile to one another and the player, it might be good if that setting could be turned off. The appearance and enemy replacement is funny but every NPC being factioned randomed just means you get nothing done because everyone's just fighting.

@@Materialist39 in the short term maybe not just to showcase general craziness but trying to do an actual playthrough of the mod, yeah it would be a problem because you can't get anything done.
Bald Captain Renault running around with Volendrung makes a lot more sense lore-wise than having a long lost wizard relative who's in the habit of teleporting deeds to Frostcrag Spire into your inventory

@@DIEGhostfish It's been millenia since I played Oblivion, but isn't there a save/load glitch to skip the sewer section and tutorial? I just assumed he did that.
@@ThePppp89 If there is he didn't do it. He shows he's got on the basic gear a moment after getting out of the sewers. Also, I wouldn't imagine any other real need to discover a glitch to transfer your inventory from before the sewer without something like this mod giving you stuff.
I would love a few more episodes of this, with you attempting to complete key parts of various storylines. Would be great

...But does it have npcs that randomly turn into killer stripper Khajiit and Argonians that are stronger than the final boss and one shot you?
Also Micky D, you should try the Loot Menu mod if you haven't already. It's a Fallout 4 style loot menu system, it works pretty well. So much faster and smoother than pausing the game every time you want to loot a container, etc.
