    I am very interested in Physics in Blender. You are really one of the best with your clear explanations. Too bad you don't do tutorials anymore. I encourage you to come back and inform us as you did so well. I will subscribe in case you come back. Really a big congratulations for your very clear explanations!

    Just found your channel. Cool tutorial.
    I have to manually search to find new Blender channels because UA-cam doesn't spotlight new ones (at all).

    I recreated everything 2 times to make sure and still have the same issue, the inflow doesn't stop after frame 11 and continues to fill the domain. Any ideas?

    You're doing top-notch great work here. Just wondering why you don't include that _magic_ word *"Tutorial"* in your descriptions! I can't speak for others but when I see the word, I am more likely to click the link.

    im not sure if i got the scaling off but i literally tried everything,
    but the -9 attraction strength just does not work for my simulation, i had to bump it up to -190 just for the sim to stick to the curve, now my biggest issue is the liquid being that's released it looks like a constant flow, like its stuck just flowing for the whole clip wont let go even let go of the source if i key the strength

    I've really been enjoying the tutorial, but I am having very strange problems. I'm using this tutorial as a guide for pretty much the same thing, however, when I enable the inflow and then disable the inflow, the fluid stream continues, despite being keyframed to stop, and I've also animated the sheeting effect to stop on the same frame that the inflow is disabled as well, and yet I'm still struggling.

    I set everything as mentionned... cube as domain _ icosphere as flip fluid inflow and curve as flip fluid type force field ... and when playing after baking the fluid barely follow the curve guide and drop down to floor ! I start over and over but without sucess !! What is wrong ?

      hey 🙂 I'm not quite sure I understand your question, can you explain?

    • @TheNarguess
      @TheNarguess 3 роки тому

      @@LiandiCGI hi :) of course. You creat a curve & with flip fluid addon make it force field . But i did it & in my case i don't have that option: "force field" . Is it a problem of my system? :((

    • @LiandiCGI
      @LiandiCGI  3 роки тому +2

      @@TheNarguess Hmm, are you using the latest version of FLIP Fluids? I used version 1.0.9. in the video, from Blendermarket. Earlier versions may not have that feature.

    Phoenix FD absolutely destroys anything blender is capable of simulation wise, but its still impressive for free software.

  • @digitalrage5
    @digitalrage5 3 роки тому

    Nice tutorial but i can't understand why every liquid sim in Blender is gooey compared to i.e. Phoenix FD.

    • @LiandiCGI
      @LiandiCGI  3 роки тому

      Shouldn't be gooey (or blobby) with the right settings, especially a higher domain resolution

      @@LiandiCGI When I'll see a good, believable fluid sim I’ll agree with you, but until now, I’ve only seen bad things, even done by skilled people.
