I commented on your other story, was wondering how you were doing. Glad you survived. Glad you spoke up and advocated for yourself and others. I hope you continue to do well🙏🏽🙏🏽
I was trying to pull up the artist Keisha Cole to play a inspiration song for Cardi B...I typed the wrong name and just heard your story..You changed my life with this story..
I injured my knee when I was just 14 years old. For years my mom and I told my doctor that my knee was hurting all day everyday, excruciating pain. He just said it was normal because I dislocated my knee multiple times and it was normal. Finally at the age of 24, I saw a Nurse Practitioner and she said to get an MRI. I ended up having Patella-Femoral Syndrome where my knee cap was sitting on my femur bone and was no where near where it was supposed to be. I am almost 30 now and have had 5 surgeries on this knee now and at least two more planned to fix the damage that was done from it being left untreated for so long. I've had ligament replacements, ACL tear fixes, bone blisters, chronic tendonitis, cartilage defects and misalignments. My last surgery I had to have my Tibia broken, moved and cemented and screwed into place because my tibia and femur were now sitting on top of each other. I am still in pain everyday of my life and I am only 29 years old. :(
I thought I pulled up the name of the great singer Alicia Cole.but wow what a story and a true testimony of God & Angel's & Devine healing and walking with us through the Valley of the Shadows of Death...I bless the heavens and the creator for holding you in their arms so that you could share this story of Hallelujah Wow with the world and beg for better training, true human compassion and A new dedication of committed, intention and deliberate competency. no matter who the patient is.
