Turkey is incredibly healthy for high protein content and naturally grows from large birds. It's also dry and mostly tasteless due to the lack of fat. The moment someone invented a way to farm chicken efficiently, turkey went on the forgotten lists of meat that only comes out for traditions like Thanksgiving and Christmas, still demanding large amounts of basting, stuffing and sauces to make palatable. Red meat goes even futhur, having even more fat in it's minced form which produce soft juicy burgers.
