Great review. I have this model added to my amazon cart shopping list but waiting for the next sale to get on the cheap. To be honest, I would only use this to cut cardboard box as its difficult to rip, so this will make it easy to cut and recycle the package. I wouldn't use it to cut branches or wires. You can buy branch cutters or wire cutters, very good ones around a tenner. But yes, this is my next buy once the price falls. My friend has this, she recommends it, says its so much easy to cut cardboard and also packages with hard plastic.
You seem absolutely delighted using them in a boyish, almost mischievous, way! The possibilities are almost endless!🙃 We had a much less powerful pair when I was a kid (1960s/70s). I just remember than buzzing and vibrating more than actually cutting anything😊. It felt funny using them. I don't remember my mother ever using them- they spent the rest their life in the original box in a closet or drawer somewhere. P.S. Wishing You and Yours A Very Happy, Healthy and Successful New Year❗🎉🤗🍾🥂🍻☮️🕊️💶💷🌞
Lovely review ... , although you did take it easy twice on the cardboard (going against the grooves was a bit harder) . Also, with the best of intentions, I would not gift this to my Nan ... , especially if she has problems holding stuff, as this bit, as small as it is , falls very close to the definition of a "power tool" (at least in terms of the motor inside) , and elderly people with issues should not be handling those . 😅 As for the product itself ... , while one part of my brain said that I'm not a fan of waiting for something to charge when a cissor would do ... -- another part of the brain said that this is exactly the product that would make the wife give me that look . You know the one . The one that gets you to explain to her how awesome the box of the tool is, as she clearly can't believe that you spent money for whatever is in the box . 😊
Vert efficient but very loud. The typical complex design to solve something that is already solved by something simple, Without battery and electronics… We live in a fantastic world…
