Quinoa Salad | Vegetarian Protein Salad Ideas

  • This is a healthy quinoa salad recipe. Quinoa is rich in protein and fiber which keeps you full & satiated for longer periods of time. It is a good weight loss option. This salad is made of quinoa, peanuts & vegetables.
    Recipe:
    - In a pan take some water and boil peanuts (1/4th cup)
    - Again in a pan boil some water (2 cups)
    - Add quinoa (3/4th cup)
    - Bring it to a boil & let it simmer (for 10 to 12 mins)
    - Chop tomatoes (2)
    - Chop spring onions (1)
    - Chop coriander
    - Then add all the veggies to the quinoa
    - Add salt
    - Mix well
