I have a question for Victor, my height is 173cm & weight is 67 I am consuming 200Gms of Protien & 87gms of Carbs Total Calrioes intake in a day is 1450 Total Meals are 5 + protien shake, my Fat Body percentage is 5%, of all I have mentioned am I on the right track or is something is wrong as I am aware that I am low on carbs & high on Protien, I do also have a cheat meal once a week but then immediately after the cheat meal I go and do cardio for 30 minutes on treadmill, can Victor explain the situation that I am in although I don't feel tired & weak I am OK doing good so wanted Victor,s advice, shall I continue with my Clean diet plan or do I need to change it & increase my carb intake or meals intake or perhaps any alternatives can be suggested I also do work out in Gym 5 days a week Thank you.
