Catching stocked trout is not really that hard. And they are stocked. But you guys apparently were on a wild stream. So you get a 3 out of 10.

If I’m not mistaken the only fish they stock in there are fingerlings to help out the wild population. So if the ones they’re catching are stocked, they’ve pretty much lived their whole lives in there.
Unless I’m wrong about where this is
