I love aircraft. This one looks like it was in the sky for a period before it landed at an airport. Everything looks so small on the ground before the landing and then it was normal size. I've never been to America or Los Angeles....it looks so realistic in this video.
When I was plane spotting with mine dad there I went there beacuase I had an appointment for modeling there so I went plane spotting and saw your plane I saw 8 a380's that day and I went to the Hollywood stars
Isn't it amazing how long it takes from touching the tarmac @16:59 min. until they EVENTUALLY reach their terminal, which we don't even get to at the end! I never realized the size of LAX. That's like the diameter of a small town in eastern Ukraine. I think one benefit of the slow rolling, aside from safety reasons, is aiding the cool-down of the engines, like a racehorse upon finishing the race.
Great video. I watched a Lufthansa A-350 landing from a distance, at KSAN (San Diego Lindbergh Field) last week. I believe they may have brought their once daily from Frankfurt into San Diego with a A-380, but I could be wrong, it might have been the A-330. In your video, at 16:45 you can see In 'N Out Burger.
Thank you! Lufthansa don‘t fly the A380 to KSAN, the Airport would be much too small for that. As off today Lufthansa only flies to San Diego with the A350 from Munich. But I think they did once use the A340-300 for their flights from Frankfurt, but that route has been canceled. Cheers!
@@muechri1409 --Thank you, I stand corrected. After reflecting about that airplane/airline, I do in fact remember it was an A-340-300, with 4-engines. It was cool to see. At the time, I lived on about 12 miles east of KSAN, and so they often flew over on downwind, or sometimes starting a base leg turn for the approach into KSAN's RW27. I also had the treat of seeing British Airways and their B-747 daily into San Diego. I believe right now they are using a B-777, as I saw that on FlightRadar24. I always admire Lufthansa and their record as an airline, as I do British Airways too. Take good care.
Would love to be heading to Germany from Denver on the way to Crete this October on a Lufthansa A380 but they have me on a bunch of smaller planes both ways. The A380 seems like the smoothest plane ever. One day maybe.
Wow. I just had an auditive hallucination. At the very start of the video, I heard the captain saying: "Please take care of not opening a door while we're in flight, as you could fall out". I had to listen to it again and put the sound higher. What he's saying is something about the bins on top of the seats, please do not open them as stuff could fall out.
indeed impressive approach... but for other reason to me offcorse. how much bigger is LA gonna get?!?!? its absolutly compact. no space for nothing. its scary and worring :S
LA is a horrible case of Euclidian zoning where there are miles on end of residential areas with nothing but houses, not a single grocery store or a park in sight. Also, everyone drives, nobody walks because you will look suspicious, as if you were planning what house to break into. What a horrible place to live!
24L has been closed since I believe March this year, LAX is undergoing some major modifications, with new taxiways being built in the north part of the airport. It is supposed to reopen shortly, in July 2024.
WOW ! TOP Landung meine Herren ( und Damen??) !! In einem EMIRATES 380 hätte der Kapitän aus 10 mtr.Höhe das Teil einfach auf die Landebahn krachen lassen dass es nur so scheppert!! Zur Info!
That's fog you're seeing, which is very common in the area this time of year, especially where LAX is (it basically borders the ocean on the west). Smog alerts are very rare. This isn't the 1970's anymore. The one downside is the heat inland during and around summer. Pay us another visit. :)
@@Christin5554 Over the decades the emission standards of automobiles has got stricter and stricter, so that has helped. Now, come the 2030's, most new cars will probably be electric. For the best air, come in winter. Cool and crisp. See you soon. :)
Smoothest landing I've ever seen. Hard to tell the moment of touch-down with that monster plane.
Das ist die Königsklasse für Piloten! Wer im Cockpit eines solchen Fliegers Platz nehmen darf - der / die hat es wirklich geschafft!
Passing by my favorite In n Out location

I do Uber and pass by in and out every day.
In-N-Out Burger at 16:46 were you can eat Burger and watch the planes landing at LAX. Great video .thank you
LOVE ME some In-N-Out burger Great burgers
Your flight passed over my house when heading to downtown LA before landing. Nice view from up there!
Love the A380, especially the upper deck Business Class…flew it between LAX-LHR-LAX last month, and DFW-LHR-DFW last year
Best aircraft to fly on.
@horatiolust5693, my dad and I have the same color circle like yours.
😂
nice video, amazing how quiet those engines are, at least inside the cabin.
Pretty smooth landing
Than you your video , I have been landing LAX many times with Boenig 747 from Europe
Immer wieder sensationell, was für unglaublich breite Autobahnen die da drüben haben
Und trotzdem braucht man leider oft Stunden für wenige Kilometer
SOME GOOD SHOTS THERE ! LIKE HOW YOU TOOK US FROM THE AIR RIGHT UP TO THE GATE - BLESSINGS ! 😊
Thank you, apprechiate that!

Thanks, really apprechiate it.
I've always have wanted to go on a 747 or a380 im only 9 years old I have a lot of adventures!
Nice! Los Angeles is a cool place to spot airplanes, especially the A380 and 747-8. I have flown on both, can‘t decide which one I like more!
You are baby. You have time enough for all places you want to visit
@@wawancopolito941 well, there’s a limited time to see the 747 and A380 models now.
A glorious video. Thank you so much

There's no question. Business class in the A380 is a very comfortable way to fly. Virtually no turbulence. I hope Lufthansa continues to fly the 380.
WTF, how amazing was that smooth landing??? 16:55
I used to work pouring concrete. There is A LOT of concrete used to build that airport and runways.
i still love the Queen of the skies the Boeing 747
Yeah, the 747 will forever be the queen of the skies! Flown on it several times, awesome aircraft!
A380 is just objectively better as passenger and most impressive on the sky because of its size..
Looks as if you spend most of your trip getting to the terminal!
LAX surely is a big airport.
