RECIPE N1
Pan-fried egg rice is a very simple and tasty recipe. You can prepare it for lunch or dinner and I assure you that the whole family will like it! When I have little time, I often prepare this tasty dish. Easy, economical and delicious recipe!
Ingredients:
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 cup of rice
- 4 eggs
- 80 g (3 oz) of parmesan
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil

- 2 courgettes
- 3 carrots
- 1 pepper
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 20 ml of apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
For the sauce:
- 1 clove of garlic
- Fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 chilli pepper
