These Forclosure Homes Are Very Pretty!! They Are All Different And Unique!! I Am Partial To The 3rd House!! Like The Kitchen And The Spacious Rooms!! Really Impressive!! The Prices Are Not Bad Eiither!! Thank You, Kaleb!!
The first house has potential, much in the same way the Titanic has potential. Having just undergone renovations on two early 90's Florida homes that were not in that bad of a condition, I am seeing at least $150k to fix that first house and update it. One of the houses I renovationed needed an entire kitchen and master bath update. Six months of design, build, kicking, crying, and sobbing, and $80k later, it looks beautiful. Another $40k for the metal shingle roof, and the rest was scraping popcorn, fixing drywall, new engineered wood floors, and a complete interior and exterior paint job, voilla, piece of cake 😅 The last house looked almost move in ready at first glance. I could see the bad laminate flooring, but it appeared livable. I was wrong, haha! One thing I do not understand is that people who build these large, expensive custom homes who go really cheap on flooring and fixtures. Every house had the cheepest tile in heavy traffic areas. Every home had laminate flooring and low quality carpet (if there was carpet left). Bathroom fixtures, counter tops, cabinets, kitchen plumbing fixtures, and even appliances were of low grade. The fact that some will build a half million dollar house and put $20 kitchen faucets in is baffling to me. I also think houses need to be left with the power on, even if they are bank owned. Even if they only run the air a few hours a day, the dehumidifying effect can only help preserve the house inside. At least put a few tubs of Damp Rid or buckets of charcoal throughout the house to keep the moisture to a minimum. Extended periods of high humidity without any air circulation is the bane of all homes, not just Florida homes.
Hey Kaleb. 1st home ok elevation. The pool looks good in the aerial. A good bit of work to be done in 1/2 bath, floors and ceiling in family room. Good size kitchen with pass through to the dining area. The pool the best feature. Needs a new fence. Nice shed. A lot of yard. Good size primary. His her closet. Gut the en-suite. A little too much to be done but yes there is potential once renovated. Prefer turn key or close to it. 2nd home nice elevation. Nice neighborhood. $536k? Let’s see inside. Nice paved circular driveway. Just needs power washing. Wonder why 3 double doors? Agreed new floors. Odd layout at 1st glance. Very dated. Small dining room. Primary has potential with backyard access and seating tv area. Bathroom nice. Good size closet. Change the vanity/countertop. Appreciate the wine space. Good size laundry. Big living room. Agreed. Nice breakfast nook and windows. Ok kitchen & pantry. 2 beds with Jack n Jill. Last bedroom and bathroom with pool access. Outdoor kitchen to refurbish. Covered lanai. Backyard will be amazing. I see the nook window you can see out but not in 👍🏼. 3rd home pave the driveway. That entry looks tight. Oh nice view on entry. Laundry upfront? Primary ok size. Ditch the tub. Put a bigger shower & linen closet. Too much to do here as well but potential once refurbished. To my surprise 2 my fav but need the 1st pool 😂😂. Hope all is well with Mabel. Have a great week 🤗🤩
WARNING! Do NOT watch this video unless you have deep pockets, alka seltzer, a tool belt, and all of your immunizations! Kaleb would have you believe he didn’t like that purple carpet. He did. And, his golf bag and head covers are purple too! Grape job, Kaleb! I need a nap. I actually liked house 2…..saw the potential. Every one of these rotting houses requires at least $150K, 8 months with a good contractor, and a lot of patience. Thanks, Kaleb! I liked the purple carpet too, but what to paint the walls? 🤘🏻🇺🇸
@@lynndewalt6575 Good evening, Lynn, thank you so much for watching. We unfortunately do not have any 1 bedroom homes with pools. Please give me a call or email and I will be happy to discuss further what your options will be in our area. Thank you!
I liked the second property except for the HOA and too little land, but the house was gorgeous. It was also a little overpriced. Thank you for the videos.
HI KALEB, SO HOUSE #1, THE ONLY THING THAT I LOʻVED IS THE KITCHEN, AND THAT'S IT. THE PEOPLE DID À LOT OF DESTRUCTION TO THIS HOME, NO WONDER THEY ARE ASKING $284,000. ONE OF THE BIGGEST PROBLEM IS WATER DAMAGED UP IN YHE CEILING NEAR THE KITCHEN. HOUSE #2 DOESN'T DO ABYTHING FOR ME, I'LL PASS. HOUSE #3 IS DEFINITELY A TURNOFF, THANKS FOR THE TOUR!
Final Offer, 100K that's about how much a crazy person would pay for this garbage. You would have to put some 150K into this house to make it livable, Needs new roof, walls, ceiling, bathroom renovation, floors, paint, front door and God know what else is behind the walls with WATER damage. No thank you
Somebody must be drinking their bathwater. Who comes up with these prices!! $284k plus another 200k in repairs. New roof, new ac, new windows, mold removal. I'm sorry, 300k in repairs.
sold 2 Bay Area properties for $616k due to foreclosure. Planning to buy new home next year. What to do with funds in joint savings?
Inflation-proof your portfolio with the right stocks & commodities, but seek expert advice from a money coach/invt-advsor to avoid costly mistakes.

Very nice dream of mine to move to Florida one day perhaps.

Look the leaking bathroom has "winterized" post its!
Foreclosure is very high in price
Hey Kaleb, still waiting for a builder to build a community of smaller, affordable homes. I'll keep dreaming.
Never happen 😅😅
@@loosedogs186 I know it won't
in 2008 my friend bought a new home in deland for 150,000. the guy before him paid 315,000 and never lived in it.
I would do the 2nd property full Reno
Can you find us a 1 bedroom home with a pool and 1.5 bath please 🙏 in Orlando
Also small yard for our Sheppard and gardening. Need to downsize for our resting place.

Not for that area. It’s also gold community.
@@anamariaguadayol2335 thank you again for taking the time to watch Ana! 🙂
The first home needs 100 thousand in repairs nope
needs a lot of work and too much money for foreclosure
Gee wiz , I thought you were gonna take us out on your lunch date after viewing properties. 😊
I'm a fan of the open for plan...I didnt like any of the older style layouts.
Finally! Who would buy a home with no pool in the middle of FL?
WOW...half million and only needs another 250 in upgrades everywhere.....wonder if there will be a bidding war on these three.

Why in the world would you have 3 front doors so close to each other?
Thank you for an excellent tour on these foreclosures properties. Lot of potential. ( Mike Mukeba)
Yeah, a pool lowers house value by about 25%.
The shed is better than the house

2nd house ???????????????? Bye Bye, Florida Hello NC !
Wow these are all terrible. Bring your checkbook. You don’t have enough money to fix these up!
This First house won’t worth more than $180
LOL🤓
I love the second house, but would only offer $450.
Huge waste of space on that 3rd one.
Nope lol still too expensive lol
Horrible House the 3 door ones.
This market needs to crash already
