One thing you did not mention is that ax3000 uses 160mhz channel band & Ax1800 uses 80mhz channel band. And there are so many devices that don't even consider using more than 80mhz channel band, so that can be a situation where router not being utilized completely other words money wasted.

In my experience reception suffers with Wifi 6 routers. Wifi 5 have way more reception
