Thanks my Brother DVJ 🙏 for your time and work continuously updating Jamaican and Jamaican American 🇯🇲 🇺🇸 at yard and abroad to the well needed capital improvement around and across our most beautiful Island 🏝 of Jamaica 🇯🇲
This is another milestone in the infrastructure development of the west. Another milestone is going to be achieve as on August 14, 2024 the Prime Minister is going to break ground in Portland for the Boundbrook Urban Center which going to make Julian quite busy for the next two years
@@garfieldwhittaker944 Yes, I do as our population and infrastructure have grown and too is our economy which has shifted from agriculture to a service driven economy. All of our major towns were built during colonial times when horse and buggy were the principal mode of transportation Which resulted in narrow and winding roads. We need modern town centers and urban centers to provide centralized and modern services to help the government deliver prompt services given that the government is heavily involved in the economy and is the largest employer of people. I will be political in saying that I would want the JLP to retain state power as they have a rich history of making capital and infrastructure investment in the economy. The JLP outside of colonial government is the only party of the two that has built hospital in Jamaica history as well as schools such those constructed after independence by the JLP with the 20 MILLION USD loan from the world Bank in 1962 to provide educational opportunities for Jamaicans. It was the JLP who created Portmore to help provide housing for poor and working class Jamaicans by Edward Seaga as minister of development in 1962
Great, but you went back to the start at Ironshore. How about showing us the bypass of Montego Bay....into Westgate and on the Fairview to connect the New Long Hill Rd? Thanks! Bless!

😢 At the expense of Clarendon, through Summerfield, Pennants, Trout Hall, James Hill and Bog Hole where there are no roads any more. Because of the trucks carrying their materials to make Mobay's pretty roads while all these communities have been taking a beating with NONE all for the sake of the Tourist dollar😢 The load the trucks are taking it's destroying our roads

Politicians never miss an opportunity to name a roadway after themselves

Do you think that Montego Bay also needs an urban centre style development???

I like how you gave me all the information I need, to be present from the 14th of August and to keep you updated for the next 2 years. Many thanks.
Am looking forward to that one.
Excellent work. If you say "bypass" you do not say ''bypass road''. A bypass is a road. Keep up the good work.
You are right!
Love the look.
Thanks for the update, great video.
Thanks
Another great video bro please keep it up 👍🏾
Appreciate it
Gim back mi sweet Jamaica 💯 ❤☝️🌍to the world from Marcia Parris Robinson

CHEC showing how its done. Great view of St. James interior
Always glad about this bypass but seeing salt spring as part of it makes me tremble.

The New Long Hill Road to connect to the bypass have not yet started, but I have updates on FAIRFIELD and Bogue Road.
Sharp video, useful maps, excellent narration. None quite like you.
Wow, thanks!
Great video, but I was hoping to get some ground views that highlight the ascent and descent of parts of the roadway.
Next time!
I don't see any Water pipeline, or fiber cable, going in???
Those normally come later in the construction
Do do know when this road is schedule to complete?
No

will this be a toll road?
No
@droneviewja it's a toll road
@@rocmon, I came to find out that the Montego Bay bypass will be a toll road with a toll plaza in Irwin. Sorry about that.
Is there going to be a tunnel in the Salt Spring area?
I was also looking at how a section of the new road is below the Salt Spring road also.
STOP THE KILLING!!!!! 😢
Sorry, but my drone and I have never killed anyone.
