It seems like that real swampy area right before Leith Hall could have some kind of underground freshwater spring as it seems to be a permanent swamp with a predominat type of vegetation. Does anyone know if the water has been tested for brackishness? Just wondering. If it is from a freshwater spring then finding the source or sources could address some of the fresh water issues that part of the country is facing. Just a though.
It's much wider than it looks, remember you're watching it from a height, plus there are areas they haven't started yet, you should use the vehicles as an indicator to determine the width of the road, they are using less space than what is available on the opposite side. As for the buildings, the minimum requirements is 6 feet from the curb.

Not to my knowledge regarding the water being tested.
