Horses and I have never gone well. They sense my nervousness. As a young child being led in traffic on a leading reign I had a bad experience with a very frightened horse. My sisters were always comfortable with horses as were my children . They are beautiful animals though. I also rode in a field almost falling off the horse. A very different experience as you have to learn to trot and canter. It is such a pity I was so frightened as I had the opportunity to ride our neighbour's horse as a chid
