This kid is a f***ing genius. I was hooked aftet the last five minutes of Tundra and this whole album reaches those levels.
This album is perfect. Damian is truly one of the best songwriters in all of black metal
i think this is my favorite release of his. absurdly breathtaking, tear-cranking music. nostalgic and profusely ranging in emotion, takes me from the sweetest taste, to the bitterest choke in rapid succession. thank you for this gift in hard times.

I love this record so much. This band reaches you emotionally in a a unique and spiritual way. I am so thankful to experience this feeling, and thankful for this band. It's helping me get through some major life changes. And helping me choose life actually.

That last song is crazy. Just when I thought it couldn't get any better, that they have used up all their tricks and the song is slowly coming to a still, somehow a new trick is pulled, and a new climax, and it keeps happening. It's like, how did they do it? How is this allowed to exist? This breaks laws of physics man.

I love how Sadness has been evolving. Their earlier, rawer stuff was fine (and occasionally fantastic, ala Wounded Solitude) but this new sound is so good. So beautifully melodic. It's still sad, but articulated with so much more depth and range. The fact that Sadness has become more catchy without sacrificing mood or atmosphere is a testament to how good the songwriting has gotten.
Okay, after having finished the album, how the FUCK does one person write music this good? That final track had me hooked the whole way through despite how long it was. My god... it's so somber yet hopeful.

I knew this band as one of the most nostalgically melancholic, the music you want to listen when you have problems in relationships or you "try to forget" someone. Something happened with him, this sounds upbeat and full of life. Did he find a girl?:) Even so, this is great, this makes me happy.

Something tells me that you are having trouble grasping the meaning of sadness.
Some parts of the first song reminds me of Summoning - Land of the dead. Awesome.
