Thank you for having this on UA-cam, you made my day when you explained where that small spring went 😀! Naturally, it fell out and I had no idea where it came from...thanks heaps, it fixed my problem and saved a perfectly working Burney from the bin 🙆♀️. Nicola
Apparently this just be happening because I just found this tiny spring on my floor and I almost thought it was unrelated until I got lost on reassembly 😂
Excellent. Thanks. I have a Portland Pressure washer, which seems identical. I changed thoses three washers, before I saw this, but I couldn't figure out where to put that spring. Thanks again!
Great video. I have one problem, the springs are missing; the one for the handle and the one inside the water mechanism. I think they fell out when I too it apart. Does anyone know where to get them? Also, a tighter shot of it on the handle spring that is later in the video? The washer I have this from is a B&D PW1600, I have a separate issue where I can't get the soap to flow out of the container. Again great work.
Thanks, I found that you can buy bags of misc springs from local hardware stores like Princess Auto in Canada and Harbor Freight in USA. There might be one that is close enough to work.
Do you still have this wand? I have one but there is one spring that you mentioned, above the trigger that I do not have. Any ideas on how to replace it?
Yes I still have it. You can buy bags of small springs at places like Princess Auto or Harbor Freight. Or if you look around, you might find something similar in another tool. I lost a synchro spring when I was rebuilding my transmission. I found that the spring holding my pliers open was almost identical - just a little bit longer. It doesn't have to be the identical spring just close.
It was a light duty generic 10 year old pressure washer which I've stored away for the winter. Most pressure washers are very similar in design. The video is just a guideline, your experience may differ.
@@blanchae mine is also a 10 year old bosch aquatak 100 plus. The model is now discontinued. The water spray gun is not working as there is some part broken inside. No spare available in India. Looking forward for some remedy!!

You are so welcome!
Exact same thing happened to me. I even took pics so I wouldn’t forget how it went back together and was lost on where this mystery spring came from.

@@blanchae Thank you, what about the handle spring - I can't quite see what that should be like? The one inside I can use your idea to get one.

@@blanchae Thank you for your reply. I need to buy the white plastic piece that the washers go on, any idea where I can get that? Thank you.
What is the plastic thing called? Where can I buy one? Will it come with the 3 o rings? Thanks. Joe
You would have to contact the manufacturer of your pressure washer to see if they supply parts.
Spring location frame 2:20.😅
