Do you need a new one? , most decent upholstery shops can just re-cover it.

I have a 2019 it won’t go on the way it came off. Have to take the whole back of the console off

SHOULDNT HAVE TO , YOU JUST HAVE TO " SPREAD" THE BACK CORNERS TO FLEX THE TWO POSTS IN , THEN SLIDE IT ON UNTIL IT CLICKS

How to get it back on?

Set the two " wheels " in the back in line to their tracks ( just small heads that slide in the track) and pop them in , them push the whole unit towards the back of the car to get it back over the two bumps.
